It's a big-box store full of pet supplies, food, fish, etc.  All the usuals, no surprises here.  What sets it apart from Petco. (on the other side of town) are two things:

#1) The service the employees provide.  Everyone always comes across as extremely helpful and friendly.  The employees also seem empowered to make decisions to meet the customers needs.  For example, I wanted little cans of a particular cat food (which were on sale).  They were out of the small cans but the manager offered to give me the big cans at a reduced price (so it was the same price per ounce as the sale price for the smaller cans).

#2)  The prices are lower than Petco.   This is reason enough for me to travel across town.  It adds up!
