I was unsure about Piano Bars at first but this one is definatly the best. I went to the one in Austin on 6th Street for my first time and fell in love with this place, the people there are hillarious and its just a really great time. Everyone is in a good mood the atmosphere is awesome, the one in Addison is fun too, the drinks are kind of pricey but you are paying for the entertainment too so its definatly worth it.

Pete's is somewhere that will always be in my heart! If I wanted to have a great time and party or just a few beers with friends Pete's is the place. Hilarious comedians and very talented as well. Great for 21sts, Bachelorette parties, etc, etc. Expect it to be packed with people looking to have a fun time as well! Not a place for conservative folks or women offended by vulgar language!
Sometimes there's a cover, but wouldn't you have one also at such a sweet spot on the weekends?
Hands down my favorite bar in Dallas.. there needs to be many more out there!!

Bring it to Cali...bring it to Cali. While in Texas...I loved this joint. Great way to have an interactive music experience. Busy, busy...but that is the story with hip joints, right? Don't forget to tip!

I went during the week so there wasn't a cover and it wasn't all that crowded. The atmosphere is so cool and the pianists are pretty damn good. They take requests but be prepared to tip if you want your song played. The staff is friendly and the setting is pretty intimate if you get their early because the tables are very close to the stage and pianos. I'd say it'd be cool place for a date to laugh and have fun while listening to some good music.
The pianists are pretty hip (as corny as that sounds) and like to put their own twists on certain songs, which makes for a fun evening.
My favorite place to go out so far in Dallas. The crowd is always so much fun and energetic! It is well worth the cover that you pay on the weekends. With a great crowd, two pianos, talented and hilarious people playing the piano while singing, and alcohol- how could you not have an amazing time?! It is located upstairs across from the Improv Comedy Club so what could be better than attending a great comedic performance then walking across to start the party? Highly recommended for anyone who likes to have a good time.
Reasonable drinks, excellent piano playing and song requests / singalong. Watch the jokes and acts, though - the purest of your friends may want to sit this one out.
Bachelorette party haven. Lots of people from out of town come in to sing along with the semi-talented singers. Shots, booze, and beer galore. Worth the cover charge if you are in the mood to get a little wild. Pete's is kind of a guilty pleasure...one of those places you are ashamed to admit you went the night before although you had SO much fun!

We have yet to have a bad time here, very crowded make sure to get here early!! Awesome music and a great time with friends.
YES!!! This place is great!!! They can sing any song you throw at them and the place is just full of fun people. Great for Birthdays and big get togethers... Bring your loud, crazy friends here (you know who they are) and have a blast! Tip the piano players well... they really are amazing performers

If you can stand the crowds, it's a really fun place to go to celebrate a birthday or for a bachelorette party. In fact, if you go on your actual birthday, they won't make you pay the cover charge. A loud and crazy place, if you're into singing along with the music, dancing and making a fool of yourself, this is the place for you to go. Next to the Addison Improv.
After a few drinks here it'll be hard to resist singing your favorite songs as loud as you possibly can. It's a great place to take a group of friends.I've bad some really fun nights here.
The $7 cover is worth it and the drinks are a little pricey but the entertainment is great. It can get crowded so reserve a table in advance. If you are going on a Saturday night reserve a table FAR in advance.
