Old-school dining at its finest. The servers work their butts off and have great, friendly attitudes. The breakfast food was of average quality, price, and portion. I had bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, and biscuits and gravy. Also had the steak and eggs special ($8.95). The Harris Ranch steak wasn't bad...had perfect grill marks and was right on how my boyfriend ordered it (med. rare). I was in love with their Belgian waffle though. It was light, fluffy, and moist on the inside, crispy on the outside to hold a cup full of syrup and a mound of butter. Oh, yeah.

I visited this place once while my Mom was visiting from out of town. She said she didn't want Denny's but we were looking for a quick greasy bite before she had to hit the road back to Oregon.
I was a little bit leery when we walked in because we were kind of ignored for a few minutes but when we finally got seated everything seemed ok. The food is basic but good and I believe we were checked on by one of the managers to make sure everything was good (he seemed like a manager type). They didn't flinch when my Mom ordered from the senior menu (she isn't 55 and doesn't look close to it). The service was good and fairly fast for as busy as they were. I will definitely be back!

Classic diner food. I've been eating here for yeeeears!
Some of the waitresses look like they've been working here since the 70's. They call you "honey" and everything. It's fabulous!
A great place for family dining or simply working off a hangover.
I'm a fan of comfort foods and Mr. Perry's serves some of the best around.

This is the traditional American breakfast cooked the way you want it. I always ask for hash browns, extra crispy. They serve breakfast all day, and have an extensive menu of breakfast lunch and dinner dishes. I was thrilled to discover that they had both the green and the red Tabasco when I asked... I have a soft spot for green (jalapeno) Tabasco on my eggs. My dining buddy almost always orders something from the breakfast menu that features gravy. Inevitably I will try a bite of his but allow him to continue jumping on that particular heart-attack grenade.
There's an old-school ambience to this place. You can tell they've been doing the diner thing right for some time now. In the booth next to us, the waitress not only greeted the couple by name, but already knew what their order would be. She rattled it off by memory just to confirm that they were sticking to their regular order, and they concurred. That's down-home friendly neighborhood service!

Went for a late dinner here with my brother, sister in law, and a few of their friends. Like Original Perry's, had a good time there with great food. Friendly service!
Perry's is an institution in the Valley Hi area. I have had so many pre/post prom/dance dinner's here it's not even funny. Not to mention family meals when we can't agree on where to go, we can usually agree on Perry's.
Nothing fancy, typical coffee shop food. The people working here are really nice and most are lifers, people that have been serving me for 20+ years.
They have Busgetti on the kid's menu, I think it's adorable.
They'll give you a free Dum-Dum if you can tell the cashier the name of the restaurant. My dad and I still get away with this :)

Same service as Original Perrys. Both owned by the same person. If you have the time, read my review on Original Perrys. Both menus are pretty much the same except that they serve Real Pork Chops vs Iowa Breaded Pork Chops at Original Perrys (my favorite).
This place has a more Family feel compared to the Truck Stop.
