Have I mentioned that I love this place?? Dr. Seezox never ceases to amaze me and he has even made a fan of my husband, and he's a very tough sell. For the last 4 1/2 years I've listened to him tell me how chiroprators don't actually help and yadda yadda and now he goes to see Jonathon!! He'll be the first to tell you that Dr. Seezox is professional, competent, and a huge help for any condition that you may have. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with a tweak every now and again. GO SEE JONATHON, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

I made the mistake of prepaying for adjustments. The first session went OK. I showed up 10 minutes early to fill out some paper-work but the front door was locked and the lights were off. I sat in the hallway until the doctor arrived. I will admit that the evaluation was comprehensive. Unfortunately, he didn't share any of the findings with me or give me any corrective exercises so it wasn't a great use of my time. The first session was the last week in October.
It has now been 6 weeks and after over a dozen unreturned phone calls, I have still not had a 2nd appointment. I suspect there's a scam in progress here which would explain why they have 3 offices and not a single receptionist to answer any of the phones!
I urge you not to prepay for any services as you will be throwing your money away! -

I've been coming here for about a year and it's GREAT! A previous chiropractor was like an assembly line of back-cracking, but Jonathan Seezox always listens to me and gives me customized treatment. I experience upper-back and neck pain, but haven't really had to deal with that since I started visiting him. It's also such a relief that he never pressures me to come in more than necessary and I can set up appointments via email!

I've been seeing Dr. Jonathan Seezox for almost 2 years, and I have to say...he is simply the best, best, best.
They offer chiropractic, acupuncture, and therapeutic exercise. He is very friendly, the office is immaculate, well decorated, comfortable and open. He is very good at explaining what is going on, low pressure and is just overall a great guy.
He puts you in heating packs on a massage table with electrical stim before treatment, and for me...its an instant nap and portal to muscle relaxation. Bravo!
Parking is actually OK around the office (meters). There is a spot right outside that is a loading zone for 30 minutes. Easy walk the south or west loop areas. I used to go on my lunch hour. GREAT hours, flexibility and he's brought on another chiropractor to be in the office when he is at his other location in Algonquin...the other doc is also great.
Also, his dog Lui, a big sweetie of a Boxer greets you in the front window. Bonus :) (He's on a leash though, so no worries if you don't want to talk to Lui, he doesn't mind).

I would just like to say that Jonathan is a miracle worker. I swear he has magic hands. Never have I been so happy to hear cracking noises coming from my back.
I've had some serious back problems for years, and this is my go to place to get them worked out.
So here are my top reasons I love Jonathan. Michael is fantastic too, so pay them a visit whenever you need regular adjustments or just a tune up.
1. The table in the back with the electric pads - Sounds scary, right? It's actually completely blissful. It's like getting a massage, but 1000 x better.
2. Their office is full of local art, colorful and relaxing. It's super friendly and warm. I approve!
3. Jonathan and Karl are super friendly and hysterically funny.
4. Lui - The super adorable, lovable boxer puppy (ok. he's not a puppy, but still super cute).
5. I feel 100000 x better walking out compared to how I felt walking in.
So if you're looking for a chiropractor, these are your guys. Also - check their website as they have another office in the suburbs.Listed in: My Neighborhood, Runner's World

I have been seeing Dr. Michael Karl since the summer of 2006. He is a very personable guy and is easy to hold a conversation with. I think he is very knowledgeable, too. His office is gorgeous - full of artwork (sad to see the penguins and astronauts go!) - and comfortable.
He is extremely flexible with appointments which works great for me because my busyness at school and work changes often.
Dr. Karl also recommended to me some changes in my at-home life that would benefit my body, like eschewing my bike messenger bag for a backpack with the right padding and support. He also prescribed specific exercises I should do while at the gym. -

Dr. Seezox is great! He does great work and has a beautiful office displaying local artist's work.
Reasonable prices, convenient hours - the only chiropractor I go to in Chicago.
