Called to get an estimate. First estimate was $910. They called multiple times a day, finally giving me a price of $513. I scheduled Perfect Power Wash to power wash my home. My house has Hardie board siding and I wanted to ensure that they knew how to clean it without damage. The scheduler (Spencer) assured that they had experience with this material.
Kelsey arrived on February 22, 2024. It was a rainy, dreary day. She was polite and told me what she would be doing. All work was done from the ground. I have a two story colonial and at no time did she use a ladder to reach the upper siding. When she was done, she did a soft sell on having my flagstone patio powerwashed and told me about some moss on my roof. As I said, the day was rainy and dreary so I did not go outside to inspect the job. Kelsey did tell me about some residue/staining from bird droppings and she was unable to remove the stains. I told her that I understood and would work on it myself.
About a week later, we had a beautiful sunny day. I was walking around the house checking out the flower beds for any winter damage. That's when I noticed areas of the house that were apparently untouched by the power washing. Cobwebs with leaf debris clung to the underside of the first floor soffits. Covered patio furniture had not been pulled away from the house. (I would have moved the furniture if Kelsey was unable or not allowed to do so). Nothing was mentioned about it either at the beginning or end of service. There was dirt/debris that I was able to wipe away with my hand.
I called the Customer Service number multiple times but was unable to talk with a person as the call always went to voice mail. No one ever called me back. Finally, on March 04 I was able to reach Matt who agreed to send someone out to redo the power wash.
I was a good price but the job was not done well and the hassle of having to repeatedly call Customer Service was frustrating. I would not use Perfect Power Wash in the future.
UPDATE: March 8. After several more calls to Customer Service, today I spoke with Joe. Joe arranged for Matthew and Bradley to come out today to revisit the job. Matthew and Bradley re-washed almost the entire house. They were very apologetic for the poorly done previous service. They did the job that I paid for and I'm very happy with the outcome.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Brian H.Mentor, OH07Mar 20, 2024
I had perfect power wash work at my home a number of years ago. They did an adequate job. However in the years since I have been harassed repeatedly by their robo-calls despite many attempts to have them stop. I will block a number and they just call back with another. I could not recommend them to anyone.

Customer service reached out on June 21st!!! that's 6 weeks after I sent pics and a complaint!!!! They sent them back out on 6/26 and didn't fix anything!!! Now they are hounding me for payment and threatening to send to collections. You literally can wipe the dirt from the gutter with your finger! I am beyond disgusted with this company!!!!
Did horrendous job, charged $410 for 1000 sq ft bungalow and small wooden deck out back. Window were all streaked, gutters still dirty in front (looks like they made an effort for about 2 ft then gave up), back of house has orange streaks. The deck looks the worse, didn't even move things off (had I know they were coming I would have moved the very few things that were on there). I could have done better job with a garden house.
They don't schedule your house, they just randomly show up. Told 7 days, showed up in the 11th hour on the 7th day. Without any notice.
I immediately emailed the sales person with pictures and my discontent. No response at all. No "I'm sorry" or " We will fix it". They came on 5/11/2023.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jun 5, 2023
Had driveway cleaned and sealed. While overall it is clean, there are spots all over that were missed. While the tech was here I asked if he could do a spot cleaning on the siding by our fireplace vent. He quoted $80 for it. I figured it was not done by him when I inspected as I could see no improvement. Then an $80 charge hit my credit card

Terrible experience!
The tech was obviously never trained. He ruined our door, siding and driveway. My husband believes he used concrete cleaner for the whole house. We had called management and they just wanted to rewash the house and then "take off" for damage to door. We did not want anymore damage done to our house. One tech came out to reassess our house and admitted that there were issues. Management was arrogant and horrible to work with.
Please save your money and don't hire this company!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Michelle M.Waldorf, MD239183Jun 23, 2023
The worst service. They left a total mess. Window screens removed and left in yard. Areas that were clean are now dirty. Furniture moved and not put back. Landscaping damaged. Areas "cleaned" that I told not to touch. No return call after I left several messages. I am beyond upset. The landscape damage alone costs more half the charge.

First their price. It is high. The staff they sent were fine. Their equipment broke down before the job was complete. Another staff member returned the following day but parts of the house and deck were completely missed. Requested they fix via email and never heard back. There are better companies available for hire. Make sure you shop around and don't let them
leave until you have checked all their work. I wasn't home when they returned and they certainly didn't walk the property to ensure it was complete. The photo below shows an entire section of fencing they missed. And no one has showed up to fix the mistake.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Billy K.North Olmsted, OH731Dec 20, 2023
Service was fine. My house was washed. A year and a half later charged $200 because I didn't do more business with them. Had a tech out too as they continuously called me to schedule service making me believe I had purchased an annual power wash. Guy came out said it was just a sales call so I sent him away. If I'd been informed while he was here that it I didn't act before a certain date I would be charged I would've been able to make a more educated decision.

I went with PPW after receiving an over the phone quote, I was told they do not charge until 24 hours after the service is completed to make sure the customer is happy with the service. I had a technician out on Friday. Our pavers were just placed last year we power washed them ourselves last season but to get the residual dirt and to seal the pavers we hired PPW. We were told one price over the phone, the technician told us another price but let us know we would get 30% off this year and lock in our rate for next year. Technician was nice. I had to leave to pick up kids and when I returned he was leaving. An hour later I go out to look at the pavers, there is dirt and polymer sand that was blown up sitting on top of the pavers. Our pavers are relatively new, so the technician loosened all the dirt and just left it to sit on top of the pavers. The PAVERS LOOKED WORSE AFTER THEY LEFT. I called customer service there was no answer. I called a second time to speak to a regular sales rep to get my info and experience documented. I let her know I was not happy with the dirt and sand being left on the pavers and I did not want to be charged until I spoke to someone regarding the service. I ended up power washing the pavers again to get them clean that night. Monday morning there's a charge from PPW but no phone call. I called customer service again, no answer. I finally got a regular sales rep he again "took down my information", no return call. I called customer service back again hours later. I spoke to customer service who told me that there sales team is given things to say and the payment is automatic. There's nothing she can do because her manager is out and her hands are tied. She asked me to send in pictures and someone would get back with me with a resolution. This is a great sales company because again the sales rep was so friendly and willing to answer questions to get a sale. After they have your card information there is zero follow up or concern regarding the service they provide.

I had a problem with my driveway after it was cleaned and sealed. I was contacted by customer service and they took care of the problem very fast
and to my satisfaction. Very nice guys came and worked very hard to complete all the work that was required.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Apr 3, 2023Previous reviewI had my driveway cleaned and sealed in June 2022, the workmanship was so poor it did not last for six months. I contacted Perfect Power Wash and was told they did not warrant driveways but they don't state that in their advertisement just 100 percent satisfaction. I will not call this company again don't trust anything they would say. Very sad when companies don't stand behind their work or name.
