Pepe's is a great place to walk in and eat home made, authentic Mexican food.  I've been going here for over 7yrs.  I ussually order the Verde Pork Burrito, Chili Relleno and Pork Tamales.  The food is excellent and the price is unbeatalble.  Service is warm, kind and excellent.  
Pepe is ussually there with his wife.  He's a great, hard working person who truly appreciates and loves his business and the customers.    I love going to Pepe's and recommend it to all my friends!  I'll have pictures soon!

Yes, I heard the news and I am devastated.  I've been avoiding talking about it because Pepe's meant a lot to me.  I knew this day would eventually come and I've even considered talking to Pepe about running the show for him years ago but that's not what I want.  God.  Great food at affordable prices, great hospitality... you just can't beat that.  I really did absolutely LOVE Pepe's and It really was my favorite all around place to eat!  

I'm ok.  I'll be ok.  There is a silver lining on every dark cloud and here it is.  I've been wanting to explore other cities and countries and now I'm open for long trips.  It was hard to imagine life without Pepe's chile verde and tamal and relleno on a regular basis but now... I can leave bacause there is no longer that choice.  I can't even Fed-Ex it to California.. I've considered it.

I'm learning to sail at the UW will be sailing around the world. I'll be spending a great deal of time in the Mediterranean and exploring all the Islands in the tropics and ofcourse Australia.  I'll be exploring our planet, all cultures and mmmm... ALL FOODS till the day I die!

I'm gonna miss it.  It's too bad this place closed down, the staff was very friendyl and the food was great.  Such a shame...

I'm sad to say that Pepe has retired just this month and closed up shop.  It's too bad, the food was good, cheap, and he had stellar health code reviews for years.
