I was asked to be a GoGo dancer for the 1015 Folsom event, even though I almost didn't go. So at the very last minute when I said "sure!", I realized I owned absolutely NOTHING from this time period and needed a costume, STAT.

Fortunately, I found Penny's Costume Rental and promptly made an appointment that evening. She has this business out of her home, and has just a huge assortment of costumes to rent. At the very last minute, she asked if I wanted to rent the disco ball necklace too, that she'd throw in with the dress and wig. Sure? I thought.

Little did I know that it was a HIT.

I have a random moustache on it. On my BALL. Is that weird?

Despite there being a lot of crazy photographs because of how short the dress was, I totally couldn't have pulled this off without her. Thank you so much Penny!!

I found Penny's Costume Rental from Yahoo Yellow Pages.  At first, I was a bit wary when she told me that she operated this business out of her home.  Upon arrival, I was surprised to see over 800 costumes and accessories.  She had darn near every costume imaginable and her knowledge of the location of everything was impressive.  Prices are very reasonable $30-65/per rental and Penny is extremely helpful and eager to please customers with the right costume.

Its amazing that more people don't rent from her during Halloween!
