Don't know who the one star reviews hired, but my experience with Peninsula Parking was amazing. We live in the hills with very little parking and had a birthday party for my father with over 60 guests. The valets were very professional and prompt. They all looked sharp and none of my guests had to wait very long. Multiple people told me later that they really liked the valet service.

My family hired Peninsula Parking for our recent Christmas party, as we live on a narrow cul-de-sac with very little parking. The valets were young, cute and professional throughout the entire night. One of my girlfriends left her cell phone in her car and asked the valet attendant to get it for her. He went the extra mile and brought her car to her which was even better since she wanted to change her shoes as well. These guys really know how to provide good service!

My first Yelp and unfortunately not a good one!!! I hired Peninsula Parking for a Holiday Party I had at my house in December. We had 5 or 6 Valets here and they were not polite and seemed to have no interest in being at my house when I went out to greet them. Not what I wanted my guests to arrive to when they showed up at my party. I asked the manger Kumar or Omar or something like that to do a couple things and he didnt do anything. Wasnt groomed at all with a shaggy (hobo) beard and a very unprofessional demeanor about him. Have friends that have used them in the past and said they were great. Must of had a different group of Valets and definitely no Kumar

I have had bad experiences with Peninsula Parking in terms of witnessing the valets telling local residents that they cannot park in regular street parking spaces. In the instances I have witnessed, there were no "no parking" permits on display.

One of my biggest pet peeves is paying for parking to attend an event that I've been invited to or having to walk up hills in heels because I wanted to be fashionably late. So, hiring a valet was a huge deal for me.
Our event was a 50th birthday celebration for my husband from my home. We live in a neighborhood with no street lights and no sidewalks. Needless to say, the parking was going to be a challenge. The attendants were young but very professional and responsive. They had smiles on their faces and accommodated my guests with respect and courtesy.
Thanks to Samantha at Weir Catering for the referral and thanks to Peninsula for helping me make my event extra special. -

We like to throw parties and since we live in the city we have one of two choices for our guests 1. Have complimentary muni passes as favors 2. Convey the benefits of walking up the steep ass hill to get to our house -or- Be awesome party hosts and have excellent valet services. Let's just say 150 people showed up at our housewarming last month, ok?
These guys are great. Much more reasonable than other vendors, professional, and great to work with. -

I had an open house and ceremony celebrating my deceased parents. My home is on narrow street with some hills. Parking can be challenging. When planning this celebration, a friend dropped the hint about having valet service. Knowing some of my guests would be older and knowing that we would probably have rain that evening, I decided having valet service would be the way to go. So, I went online and found a couple of companies. Read some reviews, got some quotes and decided to to with Penisula Parking. I AM SOOOOOO GLAD I DID!!!! I had about 93 guests in attendance. Adam was the main contact person for that evening and I have to say the entire team was AWESOME! They assisted those in need of more help. My guests said they were all so professional.
