This is a great store. I simply love shopping here.  The staff is nice, they have a wonderful selection and are very organized and clean.  Love buying hair product and bath soap there. Simply great.

The best part though is Jenny.  She works the salon in the back doing waxing and threading.  She is fabulous! I mean she literally waxed my eyebrows perfectly  and they have never looked better.  She also did threading on my upper lip and it was the absolute best I ever had.  Give her a try and you will NEVER go to anyone else again!

Announcing the newest Peninsula Beauty Supply - the 11th in the Silicon Valley! w00t!

I just happened to pass by the shop after my lunch at The Cravery, and thought I'd go in and check out their selection of professional curling irons.

I needed a new one, badly. I think my current one, which happens to be rather new, is cursed. I cannot tell you how many times that thing has burned my fingers! I know, I know, I should be more careful and look at which end I'm picking up. It's my own fault. I've also forgotten to turn that thing off and I'm sure that if it had stayed on for another hour after I noticed it, the house would have burned down. That thing is freaking hot! 430 degrees F! Why in the world do we need our curling irons to get to that tempurature? It's a miracle that my hair hasn't burned off already.

Anyways, I thought it was time to get rid of my old one. It's bad luck. So the sweet sales associate helped me pick out a charming new Hot Tools 1-1/2" barrel curling iron. Heats up to 428 degrees F. No whammies this time!

I'm 2 jumbo sized hair products away from filling up my pink bonus card. I save $6 off my purchase after I fill it up!

5 stars for this downtown location, and for the super friendly staff who helped me choose some stuff for my newly colored hair.  Much nicer than staff I've encountered at the other locations.  Like Connie, I've almost filled up my pink frequent buyer card! Yay me!
