I have saved the 5th star for Pei Wei's big brother, PF Changs!
SERVICE: Your order is taken at the counter by a friendly cashier, then you are given a number to place on your table. The waiters will bring your meal to you. The only negative thing that I've had happen is that my entree was brought out only minutes after the appetizer was put on my table. Sometimes, the waiters will come around and refill your glasses. But they really aren't waiters... they do not take your order or anything, so if they don't wait on you, you save money on the tip!
FOOD: You may want to start off with the chicken lettuce wraps or some edamame as an appetizer. The food here is not your typical Chinese stir fry. It is always cooked with fresh ingredients and has unique flavors and is consistently good. I love the Pad Tai and Coconut Curry. My teenagers like the Mongolian Beef. You may choose steamed, brown, fried rice or noodles with your entree. You have a choice of soda, Chai Tea w/ vanilla and cinnamon or a Citrus Tea. There are mandarin oranges and lemons at the self serve beverage center. There, you can grab a handful of fortune cookies as well.
This place isn't Chinese. It's friggin' a controlled substance.
It is much different than your average fry happy neighborhood China Wok, but since it does carry the gentry of the PF Chang's lineage, it is bona fide American palette tailored tastiness.
It is elevated from your average China stuff-me-all buffet, the wok exists in certain dishes, the flavor profile incredibly deep for such a Starbucksian franchise.
You will crave the exact taste of a dish you will enjoy from here, and your fantasy realized every time you order it.
Consistent. Flavorful. Gentle on the dinero.

Owned by PF Chang's with much of it's menu selection, but with a twist.
Good portion sizes and great taste for a small price. Choose from white, brown or fried rice with your meal.
Best chinese I've eaten in the area. Food is fresh, tasty and inexpensive. We always end up ordering chinese from here.
It's also alright to eat in the restaurant but the service of the waiters seems so-so.
