Toured the Pegasus a month ago and found it to be reasonably priced and nice facilities and amenities in the rooms. The rooftop pool that is open 24 hrs is cool but kind of grungy and was undergoing renovation when I toured. The Pegasus' gym overlooks the rooftop pool of the Standard which was another cool feature of the building.
The only problem with the Pegasus are the room size for the price. Everything in the apartment(bedrooms, kitchen, living room) were quite small.
Other than room size, I liked the Pegasus and if you value nightlight over space, it is hard to beat these apartments.
Found a cockroach upon moving in. Called management they had the Orkin guy come up and bait the kitchen and bathroom. So far I've found another one but this one was DOA.

I apologize, Pegasus, for not loving you the first time around. NOW, you are my new downtown L.A. affair. I will sneak back into you even after my apartment lease is up!
They have an AMAZING rooftop pool!! Complete with palm trees, a big sun deck, spectacular downtown views and heated water at night. It's also completely separated from the rest of the building and tenants, so you can be as loud as you want on a Tuesday night drunk off weekday partying exhilaration (and pomegranate vodkas) and nobody will come asking you to quiet down.
Clean bathrooms up there on the roof, a really nice gym and a view right across to The Standard.
I can now TOTALLY see the appeal of living downtown. Can you imagine that view of the skyscrapers while doing a nightly few laps?? It was really something else.

I don't live here but recently attended a resident party here not too long ago. FREE food and booze!!
The building is secure and they got a security guy right by the front door. Up top where the party was at they have a flat screen TV, a little garden on the side, a gym with a GREAT view of downtown, and a pool on the other side of the building. Residents seem cool and down to party.. USC, FIDM types and young professionals pretty much. The hallways are nice and clean and the rooms are spacious.
