The apartment itself was nice despite being small and in a pretty old complex (1970's I believe).  The reason for my major disappointment with this complex is that they have a new leasing consultant each week,  nobody answers the phones, and they don't keep their appointments or scheduled office hours.  It's location is very nice, only 10 min drive to SJSU and right by 85 and 17, and near enough to cute downtown Campbell.  But really, the rotating office staff makes this place not worth the trouble.  (In all fairness, the last gentlemen we dealt with when moving out in February was very nice, smart, and helpful...but I'm thinking "too little, too late")
