I love this store because you don't really find great men's clothing anywhere. But at Peasant, it's all very interesting and sleek. You can really tell that the buyer has style.
I could sit and watch the eye candy all day. Here, it is insane how tailored, unique and interesting the selection is -- people will stop you on the street to drool over your clothes if you shop here. -

Brian and Karissa at Peasant have a ridiculous attention to detail and to their clientle's fashion needs. Dudes are hard pressed to find these brands and this level of fashion advice in most large cities, let alone in the wasteland of Detroit's suburbs.
For men, lines like Engineered Garments, Lino 120, Obedient Sons, APC, Belstaff, Edun, Greige, and and Troglodyte Homunculous stand out. They have 1900's era reproduction german underwear, for christ's sake! Peasant also stocks a well-considered selection of books, shoes, belt, and related haberdashery
This year Peasant was features in GQ's 100 Best list. They also sponsor Styleforum's What are you Wearing Today fashion geek contest: http://peasant.mesv.or... -

An excellent place to up your sartorial game. They have American jeans made with Japanese denim stitched by Elves in the North Pole. Enough said.
A lot of very cool threads here. Hipster streetwear, not dressy stuff, only. Cool brands like Engineering Garments, W&H, APC, Helmut of the Will, NDC, etc. Check the online store for more info, yo.
