I came across this tidepool after stumbling across the oldest house in Laguna Beach which is located at 154 Pearl street.
The tide pool is very small and peaceful. It is a Marine Protected Area which means you can't remove any animals, shells, or rocks from this area! I noticed all the locals come here to play fetch =)
