This is the best BBQ around - perfectly cooked for hours and days - falling apart on a hot bun and melts in your mouth. It's the quintessential BBQ flavor no one gets right as often as they do. There's other good meat and food there too - super potato salad - otherwise depends on the day - but their purpose is wonderful BBQ. They also have odd little books on Florida for sale sometimes - very interesting and fun. Crossing Paynes Prairie to get there is always a spiritual experience and adds to the ambience. Sometimes i wonder if the servers know how good the food is though, because they will act kind of indifferent toward customers. It's fast enough, but isn't special or personal and they don't seem to get more personal over time - still great food.
