I had quinoa bowl add grilled salmon and it was excellent! I love the pesto on quinoa it's give the unique flavor, yum!
The girls at the counter are alway friendly and smiles. I love the location, it can be touristy in the summer but it's nice to sit outside and people watch.
Thank you Peach Corner Cafe!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 925112814749Jul 9, 2017
Peach's has gone downhill. They used to have the biggest, fluffiest quiche in town. And now they have so-so quiches, bland smoothies, and an overcrowded dining area. I am not impressed. Sure the specials look good. But the food didn't hit the mark. And our smoothies were a waste of money because they were so blah. Sure the line moves quickly and the tables turn over fast. But I'm not crowding around for this. Forget it.

Almost perfect. A delicious cappuccino with nice thick foam. I went with the Usual Suspects while my lovely bride went with the Breakfast Sandwich (on gluten free bread! Score!!). I asked for my eggs over medium and that challenge was crushed by the chefs working the flat top. I also asked for my bacon crispy (check!) and my breakfast potatoes crispy (fail :(). The portions were perfect for a light meal to start the day. For me two eggs, a small portion of potatoes, three strips of bacon and one slice of seven grain bread along with a rich cappuccino is perfect.
My bride reports her sandwich was delicious, if a tad dry (no spread on bread to add some moisture). And also reported the tomatillo sauce was exceptional
Overall a solid 4-5 stars. The only ding was not delivering on the potato request. Great job to the team at Peach'sHelpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Aug 5, 2017
3.5 stars.
I came in for breakfast this morning and ordered two croissant egg and cheese sandwiches, one with bacon and one vegetarian, some watermelon, a side order of beans and an iced tea. The total bill was about $45 which I thought was expensive even for Aspen. When I got my receipt I saw that they had charged me $4 for putting tomatoes and onions on the egg and cheese sandwich even though they charge the same for that one ($9) as the sandwich I ordered with bacon. I do not think this is fair pricing at all - the vegetarian shouldn't be upcharged by $4 for getting an extra topping or two if her sandwich is the same price as the pork eater.
Otherwise the sandwiches were pretty tasty and I'd come back, though I'd opt for cheddar instead of American cheese next time which was the default offering.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Aug 9, 2017
I love Peach's! Apparently a lot of people do too because there was a line out the door the entire time we were there- and it was a Monday. It's a tad pricey, but it's Aspen and it is really quality food. Hubs had the burger and it was fabulous. I had the kale salad with veggies and it was delicious as well. I wanted to add protein but it just seemed a little over the top to pay $18+ for a salad that is paid for via counter service. But oh it was so good. Everything that came out of the kitchen looked really delicious. We will definitely be back here for lunch the next time we are in Aspen.

5 stars because of the friendly service and the sweet and tasty mimosa- had some kind of bonus fruit purée in it. Sat outside on the patio. Did not order any food, but all orders that were being served around me looked delicious!

My boyfriend and I came here for breakfast on a Friday morning. It was busy, but manageable. I ordered the quinoa bowl with a large tea and he ordered the breakfast burrito with a large coffee, and we ordered a butter pastry to share.
We dove into the pastry first while we waited for our food to be prepared. With the use of "butter" in the pastry's name, I thought it was safe to assume that it would be moist and, well, buttery. Instead, it was dry and overwhelmingly sweet. Our food arrived, and everything tasted, well... healthy. All of our food lacked flavor. My boyfriend's burrito came with salsa, and it packed no punch. We had to drown our food in Cholula in order to get through our meal. To top it off, everything was really expensive. We didn't sign up to pay $30+ to eat Cholula with a side of burrito and quinoa.
High prices for mediocre, bland food - not my cup of tea.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Elton W.New York, NY10043771497Apr 14, 2016
LOVED Peaches Corner for Breakfast on a recent ski trip to Aspen.
Peaches Corner and Aspen Over Easy were our two favorite breakfast spots while there on our trip, but I think Peaches might have the edge for serving healthy, tasty and unique options.
Even my brother's kids loved it and most kids don't like things like Quiche, etc.
We ordered:
- Signature Open Face Sandwich: poached eggs, peach butter, bacon, yellow tomatoes, arugula, shaved Parmesan - EXCELLENT and Healthy!
- Quiche Lorraine: so thick and moist and fluffy, with awesome egg & bacon taste - Loved it!
- Croissant Sandwich: scrambled eggs, cheese & bacon - Basic, but Good and came with blue potatoes which were very good
- Warm Cinnamon Roll: oh my, what a way to finish off a breakfast...soooo good!
- Hot Chocolate: they make it with milk, so it's so creamy and chocolate-y
- Americano Coffee: barista's know what they're doing here - very rich!
They also had a TON of pastries, muffins, etc, that were freshly baked and looked so good, but was stuffed from the food & cinnamon roll.
The restaurant was simple, clean and somewhat modern, and even though there was a line, it moved fast as most people were just getting coffee or takeout.
Overall, Peaches Corner is my Favorite Breakfast Spot in Aspen...can't go wrong here!Helpful 10Thanks 0Love this 7Oh no 0 - Karina P.Philadelphia, PA373Sep 8, 2017
What a great cafe!
The "Open Face" is one of the best breakfasts I've had in a while. It could be the crisp poached egg or sweet heirloom tomatoes. But if I leave you with only one key ingredient inside this yummy creation - aside from a perfect balsamic reduction- it's peach butter, y'all. Peach butter.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 1103101299Sep 3, 2016
Tried the famous open face vegetarian dish and it was nice. Vegetarian quiche was alright. Side of potato was yumm. Very refreshing orange juice.
