Okay, so this is a budget store with some cheaply made stuff. However, I also found some inexpensive (but chic looking) over-sized black sunglasses and two Nine West reversible belts. I don't buy cheaply made or chintzy looking things, and I couldn't believe how inexpensive but well-made these items were.
A few days before I had flown to NY, I had been shopping at a Nordstrom Rack in Los Angeles. I saw a coat that I loved, but they didn't have a small. I saw the same coat at this Pay Half location, but again, they did not have the size that I needed. C'est la vie...
I've never been in any other Pay Half stores, but on the one day that I visited this one I was sure glad that I did. I recommend at least checking it out.
