My dogs go here all the time and we love it! They always receive great care from all the staff, and I love being able to watch them on the live cams while I am at work. The staff is always friendly and kind and I receive stellar service every time we visit. I recently boarded my dogs for the first time and it went great! I was charged an extra $50 holiday fee, which they made sure to tell me was non refundable, but I have no issue paying this since my dogs always receive such great care when we visit and I am happy to support a small, locally owned business!

They also have care for cats which is great, since I had typically had to board my dogs and cat at separate places. This is a great business with great employees!

I board my dog about three times a year. Spend about five hundred dollars each time. I had a family issue come up an had to cancel our next boarding time 2 1/2 weeks from now. I am being charged a non refundable $50 fee. To loose a customer paying about $1500 a year and their response was "well that is what we charge".

Don't give a crap attitude just lost our business.

To be fair this place offers below to average service but not many places to go to and this is probably why the "I don't care if you are happy or not" attitude.

If you have a chance to have neighborhood kid watch your dog it these guys. Save some serious money and have the neighborhood kid witch then.

I used their grooming services. I have a normal dog and then I have a crazy dog that suffers from EXTREME anxiety... for those that have a crazy dog, you understand. I can say that the team and staff were very patient and understanding while all of us tried to get my Anxiety Angel into the building they were great with dogs, as well as dealing with people. I received a call as soon as they were done, and both my dogs were happy, well taken care of and came out looking and feeling great.

I definitely recommend them and will use them for any boarding needs we might have in the future. The whole staff there really care about them.

The initial impression is that it's clean and friendly. That being said my two dogs just came home with kennel cough! Come to find out they knew they had an outbreak and never said a word while we dropped them off for a week. Where is the quarantine practices? The place is run by young kids and while it should of clicked before now, they probably don't have the knowledge or experience to do the needed work. I also just learned a dog died from being in this places due to lack of supervision which still continues today. Do yourself a favor there are better places to take your dogs with more experience and better practices. If I could give negative stars I would.

I've been taking my 7mo old doodle pup here for daycare for several months now. The staff take such great care for Maxwell and he has such a blast playing with other dogs. He always gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot! They also do great grooming too. I'm so thankful to have a great doggy daycare in Hendersonville!

We have boarded our two dogs here numerous times. The owner and staff know our fur babies by name and enjoy having them. This facility has doggy camera in the play area to watch your dog from vacation or office on an app from your phone. We have never had any issue with this facility. Before boarding our pups here, I did extensive research on the facility; looking at reviews, BBB, their accreditation as a boarding facility and if they were registered. We love this place. It's our go-to boarding place when we go on vacation.

My boxer has been coming here for years now. I really love how the owner and staff take care of my girl. They pay really close attention to her and love her almost as much as I do. I won't take her anywhere else. Once the owner even called me when I was traveling and said my girl wasn't eating so she added some cheese to her food. (I think my dog knew that she would and it was just a ploy.)

My two fur babies LOVE Paws & Claws! They get to play at daycare and run around with all of their friends twice a week. I love Paws & Claws because they have a very friendly staff who know my dogs by name. The facility is clean, the prices are affordable, and they even have cameras so you can check in on them! The kennels for boarding are spacious and comfy, and I love the fact that both dogs can stay together in one kennel. There is an excellent groomer on staff, who is kind and patient with all the dogs. I know my "kids" are in good hands when they get dropped off for daycare, boarding, and grooming!

My initial reaction was to say that I love this place, but after two pretty big let downs I'm giving them a one.

I love that they offer a free trial day to see how things go. I sent my dog to a free trial day, and again to day care. I also love that they have cameras so I was able to check in to see how things were going. However, the main reason I sent her was for boarding.

The first time I picked her up from a 5 day trip and she had diarrhea all over my car. This was so out of character for her so I knew she was really sick. It bothered me a little that no one said anything to me when I picked her up. I of course called when I got home to see if she had been sick earlier and they said that she did great (same thing they said when I picked her up). They did suddenly remember that she hadn't been eating so they put some wet food in with her dry food (without calling me to check first) to try to get her to eat. They were very apologetic, and said that if she wasn't better by the morning I could take her back and they could give me some meds for her. She was sick all through the night and the next morning, and I wasn't comfortable bringing her someplace for medicine that wasn't her vet so I brought her to the vet just to be safe. Although the folks at P&C were very kind and apologetic, it didn't help clean my car or pay for my vet bill. Granted, she does have a sensitive stomach and I should have mentioned that when I dropped her off so I brushed it off and decided to give it another try. After all, we're all human and we all make mistakes.

The second time I was on my way to pick her up from a week long trip when they called me to let me know that my dog was resting because she was limping. I asked what happened, and they said sometimes young dogs don't know their limits and they play too hard so they just gave her some time to rest. Everything was fine when I picked her up and I didn't think much of it until I got her home. That was when I noticed that she had two huge cuts on her hind leg. It would have been no big deal if they simply told me she had gotten into a fight, or played too rough with another dog and cut her leg when they called me - they are animals after all. I would have understood - especially because she wasn't seriously injured. What really bothered me was that they made up some lame excuse and lied about what really happened.

After two negative experiences I was on the fence about whether or not to send her back. I started asking around and heard mixed things. Some people said they loved it, but several people told me they had similar experiences to mine. Someone also told me about a horrifying incident at P&C that they had seen on the news about a year ago. It's not my story to tell so I won't, but if you search you will find it. That was the icing on the cake for me. My dog is by no means my "baby," but I'm not going to send her back to a place that isn't safe.
