You have to show up early on the day you would like to get your haircut/styled if you want to have a service here. They will not let you schedule an appointment unless you are an established client. Not great customer service. I guess they expect everyone to just sit around hoping to get a visit at their salon.

Established in 2000
January 2000- Von Curtis Academy becomes Paul Mitchell The School - Provo
January 2001- Paul Mitchell The School - Costa Mesa opens.
2003- 7 Paul Mitchell Schools are open. The Paul Mitchell Schools franchise is formed and Hi-Tech the School of Cosmetology in Miami, Florida, becomes the first Partner School.
2004- 24 new schools join the Paul Mitchell Schools network.
2005- 27 new schools join the Paul Mitchell Schools network.
2006- 15 new schools join the Paul Mitchell Schools network. Paul Mitchell Schools are named 7th fastest growing young franchise by Franchise Times magazine.
2007- 17 schools new schools join the Paul Mitchell Schools network.
Paul Mitchell Schools are named 6th fastest growing young franchise by Franchise Times magazine.
2008- 8 new schools join the Paul Mitchell Schools network, bringing the total to 87open schools.

Meet the Manager: Melissa J.
Melissa Jenkins received her training and experience at Paul Mitchell the School as an Honor Student and Beacon winner. Her zeal and hunger for education has led her to attend and assist in many Advanced Academy courses. Melissa's specialties include: Cutting, Color, Photo shoots and is a good communicator. Melissa is a National Educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems and holds a current cosmetology license.
