Can't say much about the salon in general - clean, nice, bright.
But I can say:
LAURA SEPULVEDA = awesome.
Great cuts, color, decent prices and she is such a cool, friendly, comfortable chick who loves what she does. If you're looking for a new stylist give Laura a shout!
I adore this hair salon because of Marissa! She is one of the best and has very reasonable prices. Great location, too.
I needed a haircut BADLY...I asked a few guys from Yelp for suggestions but they were all too far away from my home. Then a light bulb went off over my head...MARISA @ Paul Donnell's!!!! I called and got an appointment within 2 days, which was perfect for me!
This is a small salon and a busy salon! All the gals there rent their stations and are extremely friendly and chatty. Each have their own prices that they charge for services (on your hair). I use to have Marisa cut my hair before I moved to Palm Springs and now I am back and she is even better than I remembered. Now, you must understand, I use to work in the beauty business and I know a good haircut when I see one...especially if it is my hair. (Fine, thinning, and generally a mess.) She did an excellent job!!! I am extremely happy! I will continue to make sure she gets all the clients I can send her and if you are in the area and want someone that is really good and not over the top in her prices...give Marisa a call...818-762-8415...By the way, I have seen some of her highlighting on clients (gals and guys) and DAMN...she IS good!!!
You might take note...all the stylists here are good! I just trust Marisa as she has done my hair before. (Kim is good, Linda is good, all are good!)
I have been going to Debbie R. at Paul Donnell for more than a couple of years and she does a great job with men's hair. She's good with the cuts and the coloring (if you need that- she makes it look more natural than other times I've had that done) and the salon is big and well equipped. The location is convenient to the Burbank area studios.
