We spend the day here and the kids loved it. There were running on deck and loved having their photos taken in the captain's chair. There is a lot of information provided in the exhibits. There is no way to see everything in a couple of hours.
It had been a long time since I had been here. We decided that the last time we (brother, sister and I) were there was with my grandparents. My grandfather was a fighter pilot in WWII. It was nice to walk through the exhibits and think about him and all others that have fought for our country.

If you aren't into history or the military, this won't be good, but I absolutely loved it here. You can walk around in a sub, a Coast Guard ship, an aircraft carrier (which I still don't think I saw everything I could have on...it's wicked big.) And on the aircraft carrier deck there are jets and helicopters. It's just an awesome place.
