Absolutely AMAZING cakes! This woman can do anything. She is very nice and obviously passionate about her art. We hired her to make our wedding cake. She brought out samples and we fell in love with the vanilla with raspberry filling and buttercream icing. She works with you to plan just what you are looking for and created a beautiful 3 layer cake with a drape of fondant, candle votives and even used my crystal cake topper (which was really heavy).
She was professional and set the cake up before our arrival at the reception and it looked amazing. We even froze the top for the following year and it tasted just as good when we ate it one year later as it did when it was fresh! She said it would, but we didn't quite believe her. She said because her cakes are made fresh and not prefrozen that they will taste fine frozen and eaten later.
We loved the cake so much we ordered one (not as extravagant) years later for a party and it was as good as we remembered. Besides weddings she does grooms cakes, birthdays, holidays or anything you could dream up. She has an amazing portfolio with her cakes that will just blow you away!
