I received a flyer in the mail which mentioned a $0.34 sale on kids' Valentine's day cards! Perfect! The same boxes retail at Walmart or Target for at least $3.99 a box. I have two kids to buy for so when I see a sale- I take advantage of it! Customer service was almost non existent. I noticed a few employees gossiping in the balloon section, but they were deep in conversation so I didn't want to bother them with my inquiry. The only other employee that I saw was helping the line at the cash register. Fortunately, this location is relatively small, so I ended up just finding what I needed myself. If you know what you want, are the kind of shopper that likes to get in, out, and on with your life- this location might be your kind place.

i love halloween, i love playing dress-up, i love throwing parties, and i love cheezy tacky themes!  HOWEVER, i'm not too ecstatic about the staff... one was helpful enough to direct me in the right area to find spirit gum for my pasties, but when i proceeded to pay for my items, the cash register froze up and refused to open for my change... it was only 7 cents, and the receipt had gone through, signaling to me that i was good to go... but the guy couldn't open the damned thing if his life depended on it, and he was shouting expletives while there were children running about... not cool.  ONE slip is okay if you excuse yourself, but it was like WWII with all those f-bombs being dropped... 7 cents was not worth my sticking around for any more of that non-sense, so i told the guy to keep the change, and i politely excused myself towards the exit for a quieter destination.

Party City is like all other party stores: loaded to the gills with cheap party supplies.  This one has long, narrow isles packed with everything you could want.  A lot of the items look like you could buy them at a dollar store for much cheaper, but if you want napkins with letters on them or a sign that says "Happy 40th Birthday", this is your place.
