The mood was complete madness as I wandered into Party City on Halloween, mere hours before the annual Halloween parade was to begin.
I was thrilled to see that they still had a pretty respectable selection of wigs and costumes remaining, despite the looting-like frenzy of shoppers swirling around me.
As I knocked children and old ladies to the ground in my attempt towards the back of the store, I couldn't help but marvel at the size of this place. It's certainly not huge, but by NYC standards, PC is big enough to house a good selection of decorations, party favors, costumes, and accouterments of all kinds.
Your party may still suck, but at least it won't be Party City's fault.
