After seeing photos and chatting to the friendly staff we were all SO excited- and it didn't disappoint. In fact it exceeded all my expectations. The bus itself was super cool, modern and well decorated- so much fun!! Our driver was great, helpful and courteous. The whole day and evening went very smoothly and it is something we will remember for a long time! The price is also the best in the area!! If you need a party bus I would definitely recommend giving these guys a call! Thank you so much guys!

The price was very competitive and the staff friendly over the phone- this made us decide to go with them. The bus was very clean and decorate well. Our driver turned up early so was ready and waiting for us as soon as we needed them. The bridal party and myself all had a super fun time. We are definitely pleased with the experience and I have passed information on to my friends so Im sure they will have a blast when they book too

Would give 4 stars however the damage deposit was never returned, and I verified with our driver before he dropped us at our final destination that we had left the bus as we found it. I will change this review to 4 stars if this is resolved, however other users should beware that the actual cost will be $100 more than quoted as they will not refund damage deposit.

Here's the thing... we DIDN'T charge a damage deposits.
When Aaron mad his reservation, I quoted him the total of $475 matching exactly whats shown on our website. I told Aaron the $100 deposit is required to make the reservation and will go towards his total amount so when we show up his balance to pay will be $100 less, we will expect to collect only $375.
We confirmed on all the details by phone when booking, by email the following day, and by phone again a day before the party.
On pick up Aaron SAYS he paid the driver $515, what he thought he owed of $475 an a tip of $40, forgetting that the deposit he made a month ago goes towards his balance.
The driver was only instructed to collect $375. Whatever he was paid over that amount he would have assumed was a tip.
Aaron realized he made a mistake and wants his $100 back that he SAYS he over tipped the driver by mistake.
Even though Aaron and his group had a great time, he still gave us a bad review holding it as RANSOM unless we send him a check for $100.
I explained to Aaron that this was his mistake. We confirmed on the details of the event multiple times and he still over paid the driver.
I promised Aaron I will talk to the driver and try to find out if he remembers this group and how much of a tip he received. I would feel very uncomfortable asking for any tip back. I also explained to Aaron that I am unwilling to send him a check since we didn't do anything wrong.

We rented the white mini last night for our annual holiday party and had a blast. Our driver Troy was wonderful, on time, and took us everywhere we wanted to go. We had so much, and would use this service again! The bus was clean and comfortable too.
