Nice place - clean, comfortable, and really close to the beach. It is closer to the beach & waves than most parking spots in bolinas. The owners are friendly and unintrusive. It is a studio below a residence with a private entrance. They allow pets and provide doggie treats. We came with a dog & a baby. They provided an extra futon and blankets. Really no complaints, except that it was a little pricey. It was $180 for a weekend night. I guess there aren't many other options in Bolinas besides Smiley's, so they can charge that amount. We were happy we stayed there and might again, especially if they might give a discount for return customers???
