I stayed at this hotel just one night so really I just needed a place to sleep while on a snow trip. I found it on http://hotels.com and it said the had an indoor pool and spa so I got kinda excited about that just to be let down.

The pool was in fact indoor but it was freezing and the spa wasn't very warm too, we sat in it for like 10 mins and said screw it. it would be cool in the summer though cuz it's this whole room with a bunch of seating and it would be cool to chill down their with friends but then again in the summer, you most likely want to be outside.

As for the room, it was very spacious, clean (as far as hotel rooms go I'd always bring your own pillow and sleeping bag after seeing 7 on your side), and it had a super heater! We actually had to turn it off at night it was so hot, but I'm not complaining because I'd rather have it too hot up in the snow than too cold. My one complaint about the room is they didn't have a mini fridge which I think is pretty basic not the mention they said they had one on http://hotels.com but o well!

The best thing about this place was the service. The people at the check-in desk were very friendly, helpful and smiley as well as the cleaning lady and maintenance guys. They even helped get some guys car unstuck from the ice and were very nice the whole time they were helping.

The continental breakfast was kinda crappy but what can you expect really. It had little mini bagels (no cream cheese!), jelly, toast, mini muffins, yoplait yogurts (good selection), packets of Quaker instant oatmeal, coffee, orange juice (watery), hot chocolate mix, and tea. The breakfast room is really cute though. Fire place t.v., warm and cozy.

I probably wouldn't stay here again because it was a little pricier than other hotels in the area but you don't get much more for that price. It's a nice place but just not nice enough for the price, unless you get a deal I guess.

They have a pretty strict 24 hour cancellation policy.  They took my money when my car broke down, and now I'll never stay there.
