Dr. Coleman is just the best! She takes the time to listen and she is so gentle during her exams. My test results come fast and they always call me. Also want to shout out Gavin and Manny. They are amazing. I've been going to this office for 17+ years and I love it!

I've been a patient here for 6 years. Overall I've been happy with the practice. I've seen Craig Wood since I started going and he's better than all the doctors combined. He is highly competent, knowledgeable, thorough, caring and funny. He's actually cared about any health concern or issue I've had and always worked incredibly hard to find a solution. That's because he actually LISTENS to the patient. He also asks incredibly good questions. So thankful for such comprehensive care. They have a lab in office to do blood draws which is really convenient. I've never had any major issues with billing. There's been a lot of turnover of office staff, but I feel like the crew they have now is the most personable group they've had in years. I like how you can also make your appointments online through the portal inside of having to call. Much more convenient! They recently updated the waiting room with new chairs and it looks great.

Started going to them years ago. They used to have Saturday hours which was great. At some point last year, they stopped the Saturday hours without notification.
Had a pap smear which was inadequate back in July 2022. Office did not contact me until until September to notify me that the pap needed to be repeated.
Physical scheduled for January 2023. They called to reschedule because the provider left. Rescheduled for February 20, 2023. Wow they called February 2 to reschedule because the provider is not available. Really people!
Not sure if they have become incompetent or just don't really care about their patients. Guess it's time to move on. Really sad that you make a doctor's appointment and can't trust that the doctor will actually be there.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Nevine S.CO, CO04Aug 31, 2023
I was a patient there for 3 years. I called to schedule an appointment, but they insisted that they don't have my name there, and I would be considered a new patient, trying to schedule me 9 months later.
Though the providers are nice and professional, all the staff there are always very rude. Maybe because I have an accent.
I will never go there again, and I will convince my husband to do so.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Cole M.CO, CO01Nov 20, 2023
This is the most unorganized office I have ever stepped foot in. You can never get a hold of them over the phone, results take forever, and if the doctor calls out, they won't let you know until you show up and are completely confused.

I'm not able to see Dr. Jeffers anymore because I hadn't been there during Covid, and therefore I'd be treated as a new patient (of which Dr. Jeffers isn't taking); I didn't realize my primary physician would expire without being notified.

horrible.....doctors are nice but the billing and customer service is a nightmare. They are corporate owned, you can never get hold of the doctors office directly.

I have gone to this practice for nearly 10 years. Recently it appears the practice is about the $$$$ as opposed to patient care. I made an appointment for a physical per an email I sent to the doc wanting to discuss a sleep study. I was told I had to come in. I was due for a physical so just scheduled that. Couldn't get into my primary - Baker - due to a a nearly 6+ month wait. Got an appointment with a PA with a 6 week wait. Went to appointment and was told that basically any concern I had during my physical I had to make another appointment to come in and discuss. The physical consisted of reading my bloodwork to me - I already read it on the portal before the appointment and knew what to expect - and the PA listened to my lungs and that was it. No discussion of my current meds and if I needed any adjustments. No discussion of my mental health, no looking over my skin, no breast exam, no discussion of my blood pressure, nothing. Last year, Dr. Baker discussed all of this. I was basically told any concern I had, I had to have another appointment AKA get my extra copay. If you just need a quick check off of a physical, this is the place for you, but if you need actual care, compassion and a practice who actually looks at your health, then don't bother going here. And when I returned for ANOTHER APPOINTMENT to discuss the sleep study, it took one minute to ask me the questions to know I qualify for it. One minute. One minute that should have been done at my physical. This place overall is a bit of a waste of time now and it is super disappointing after all of these years.

This place is just awful. They refer you to specialists and say, "o yeah your in their network" and then you'll get a bill denying the claim. This place doesn't care. In, bam, slam, thank you mama care. AVOID THIS PLACE! Unless your cash only. Even then, there's only one good doctor there. SHE'S awesome. Referrals for kick backs, not because your in their network. Classy, real classy....... This is shameful for a doctors office in this location. There's TONS of better choices in Lone Tree!

I've been a patient at this practice for 15 years, Dr. Baker is a wonderful PCP and now it is very difficult to get an appointment with her. My last visit non-routine visit included a b12 blood test and I asked the PA "shouldn't we do the b12 blood test BEFORE I get the b12 shot instead of after"? He said no, there wouldn't be time for the shot to impact the results (shooting b12 directly into blood stream), blood test done immediately after. I'm no expert, but pretty sure the HUGELY beyond normal range result because I'd just had the shot. I was then instructed over the phone a few days later to discontinue b12 supplements. Recent physical scheduled with another PA cancelled without proper notification (appointment disappeared from 'upcoming appointments' and appeared at top of the list for 'cancelled appointments' on the patient portal. Called to re-schedule, scheduler suggested someone would have followed up with a phone call. I've loved this place for 15 years and not ready to 1-star them!! I may update this review if I feel better (or worse) after my next couple of appointments and if I feel more confident about the care I'll get from the next PA. Given how happy I had been with this practice before change of ownership, I wonder how much they has changed due to New West Physicians purchase by Optum, part of United Healthcare.
