Stayed at Park Place Victoria for a week. It is in a good location: less than half a mile from the Victoria Station (underground/Tube) and Buckingham Palace. There is a small grocery store at Victoria Station as well as a Sainsbury right around the corner from the hotel.
We got an executive room-one king with a sofa bed.As we were looking for our room, we saw one room door that was open (not shut all the way, anyone could walk in)...turns out, this was our room. I had my husband go in and make sure no one was in there like housekeeping or a random stranger. When we got into our room the sofa bed was pulled out and made into a bed already, which I have never seen before.Usually if you want to use the sofa as a bed, you fold it out yourself.Perhaps the hotel was in hopes we would never close it because upon making it back into a sofa, there was a HUGE bloodstain on the underside of the mattress. You would think they would try to mask it somehow...perhaps put another cover over it.The shower has no ledges to put a bar of soap or shampoo on. As for housekeeping, we opted for housekeeping to come only twice during our 7 night stay which allowed us to choose either $40 GBP in vouchers to use at the hotel bar or restaurant. The other alternative was red or white wine. My only issue with housekeeping was that they didn't give us new towels. They only folded up the ones we already had.The only reason why I know this is because I got makeup on one of the towels and it was still there (on one of the folded up towels they relocated to the bed). In addition, another towel had a sticker/tag on it.Not the kind that is already sewn onto a towel, but like it was a new towel that had never been washed or the sticker was never taken off. It said "Park Place" on it and had a bar code. From the top floor you can hear the elevators go up and down but it wasn't too bad. If you are a light sleeper I would definitely opt for a lower floor. The light system has a mind of its own and shuts off out of nowhere. We also opted for breakfast with our room which was decent. They have a few hot items like sausages, eggs, hash browns, mushrooms and beans. As for the other options, there were cereals, yogurts, and a small selection of breads and pastries. Inside of the hotel elevators lists the breakfast times and the most busiest times to go so you can plan accordingly. As for the hotel lobby bar, this seems to be a hot spot as it was always busy. We had dinner there one night and drinks another.

The rooms are quite average, with very limited amenities. The staff is very polite.

About 10 people were staying here and be plate, the pricing algorithm is insane. I paid 208 (GBP) a night, others paid 380, and even 500+ depending on when they booked. All for the same 5 nights of accommodations.

The hotel is a stones throw from Victoria Station so geographically it's well located if you're needing to be in this part of London.

Warning: every evening when we returned from dinner the lobby smelled like feces. Not the upper floors, just the lobby. Except for the one night that the air freshener smell was so strong you practically gagged on it, but I guess that's better than the alternative.

Chose this hotel because of it's location so close to all the major attractions and the Victoria train station. Also because it was a Radisson brand property. It had a restaurant lounge and exercise facility. Fairly clean and nice. Bathrooms were a little older and tile was mildewy :( Rate was around 200 / night. Front desk offered a bottle of wine in lieu of housekeeping every other day. Overall stay was good. Careful if you visit here when in London not to become dehydrated running yourself ragged like a little kid at Disneyland. :)
Woke up and heard the construction workers hollering and carrying on most mornings. They're working on the building adjacent to hotel. Room was very quiet and peaceful aside from 8 or 9 AM construction workers banging around and shouting.

This is my first time in London and this hotel is just amazing. 5 minute walk from Victoria Station. They are 4 star hotel but the amenities are great. Let us start with the employees, they are very welcoming and will help you whatever you need during your stay with them. The rooms are huge and clean, beds are comfortable, bathroom is big as well with free slippers, shampoo etc. The best thing about the room is that your control of the room for aircondition and lights are touch screen. They also gave free nespresso coffee, and they refill it the next day. The only problem I had is that the flush in the bathroom weren't working when I arrived, I told them the next day and they fix it right away. Otherwise, great stay in this hotel and highly recommended.

Free nespresso and cookies with refills everyday! One of the best hotel I have been!

Very close to Victoria underground so a good central location for business and tourist alike. The hotel looks to be newly refurbished, checkin was slow mainly due to the printers and multiple sign-offs.

The rooms a good size with a central hub for controlling lights, AC, curtains etc. The AC wasn't great, room was way too warm and even on low setting we could never get cool.

Breakfast was included in my rate but wouldn't be worth the charge if paid separate as there are lots of other places around.

We had seen that this hotel got good reviews due to proximity to the Victoria Station. Since we were only going to be in London for one night, we planned to take the Gatwick Express from the airport directly to Victoria Station, whereupon we could walk around the corner and check into the hotel. That part went great.

Aside from that, there were just so many little things wrong that it amounted to a very unpleasant one-night stay. First, upon coming into the bathroom, I noticed a number of hairs all around. If there's one thing I need from a place, it's cleanliness; if there's one thing I can't handle, it's other people's hair. This type of thing might not bother others as much as me -- and the place wasn't filthy by any means, but it was not sterile -- but it really made me feel yucky.

Then, after a long-ish plane ride, all we wanted to do was shower. Upon getting undressed, I had to contend with a very broken shower. When turning the temperature to warm/hot, the shower pressure reduced to almost nothing. To be clear, I don't know what they would have done if we had given them a chance to fix it, but when you're naked and just wanting to get clean and maximize the little time you have, you just deal with it. I finagled the dials to the point where it was lightly sprinkling, but at least warm, making for a less-than-thrilling shower.

There was one very small, flat pillow on the bed per person. We looked in the closet and found others, but no extra pillow cases. It's just the small and annoying things like this, and this hotel was not cheap per night.

Room service in the morning, aside from not preparing my eggs and bacon gluten free as requested (they just left them off, leaving me with what amounted to cereal and fruit), gave powdered coffee and hot water. If we are paying 18 pounds for my husband's breakfast, I find this appalling. We do not drink powdered instant coffee at home, never mind on vacation. Total rip off, and my husband reported the eggs tasted weird.

The best part about this experience was the staff we did encounter, who were polite and kind throughout. They even helpfully assisted my husband with a lost item before we left. Thank you to them for that!

Oh, I should mention the whole room is "smart," in that you use a control hub to electronically open/close the curtains, deal with the lights, electronics, etc. This is nice, but some of the other very important basics were not covered, making this seem almost kind of annoying.

Other than this, I would 100% not stay here again, even with the great location in consideration.

we stayed at this hotel for almost a week while on vacation. I loved the tub in the bathroom. anytime on vacation I love the tub since we don't have one at home so that's a big plus for me, a nice one. plus a nice mirror and light to do my makeup. the room was also nice, and bed was super comfortable. free wifi also. really no complaints whatsoever.

plus the breakfast buffet omg those scrambled eggs I will never forget. they put cream in them or something, was so delicious. I only wish the restaurant was done before we got there so we could have enjoyed it but oh well. it was also great for the tube station. it was basically the perfect hotel for our vacation.

Decent and quiet hotel probably known for its location and close proximity to the tube. Customer service is fast and friendly, and they remember small requests like "can someone please bring me toothpaste." Everything is automated in the room, and perhaps oddly and unnecessarily so (It was difficult to know what was automated, ending in my coworker pretty much ripping the curtains down trying to get them open). Aside from this, don't expect too many extras, though -- no complimentary water or turndown service, etc etc.

Overall cons were stabby towels, a rogue heater that made the room pretty sweaty (which I think they knew about considering they had the window open in the middle of 50 degree weather when I walked in), and a bathroom sink faucet that looks like it came out of a 1970s horror movie.

The pros were quiet hotel, easily workable shower, a tiny dessert table left out all day, and home automation even though the options were enumerated on a 1980s pad.

Yahoo for this amazing plaza. Easy to navigate through and very good restaurants. Traveling to London be sure to visit Victoria Station and plaza.

I look forward to coming back soon.

      I highly recommend this area.
