Their storefront caught my eye as I was strolling past, in search of something sweet to satisfy my sugar craving. They are supposed to be florists apparently (based on other Yelp reviews), but I went in for their cute home decor and then some gelato.
The home decor items are very cute, unique and meant to bring a laugh out of you. I loved the wall of women by the entrance (you'll see what I mean if you go there).
In the middle area, I saw some delicious truffles and gelato that was just too good to pass up. I sampled their raspberry & mango gelato (my favorite combo) - pretty good, until I heard the $5 price tag for a small. A small cup looks like a pretty darn big cup to me and it got me two baseball-sized scoops. Definitely too much for one person, but it is good for 2.
Very colorful store, I would highly recommend stepping inside just to take a look. The employee who helped us behind the gelato counter was very nice and chatty too - put me in a good mood! -

I really enjoyed my experience with Park Avenue Floratique. I order a dozen roses and had them delivered to my hotel. It was our anniversary and I wanted to surprise Nicole. We were already on vacation celebrating but I wanted to up the experience and get some brownie points. The flowers came in great time and were beautiful! They smelled amazing and were freshly cut and arranged. Nicole was really excited by them and it helped to set off a great weekend!
Thanks Theo, I appreciate everything! I will use you guys again when I am back in town. -

My boss has had me send flowers twice to a client in Flatiron, and both transactions went smoothly. (We live in Los Angeles.) Thanks for the lovely flower arrangements!

I was on my way to grab lunch, when I walked by this place and decided to stop in and look around. I was already a bit wary because a co-worker of mine had had a negative experience (aloof, unhelpful employees), but it is in a convenient spot.
I start looking around, it's a small shop crammed with merchandise. Technically, it's a florist, but they have a ton of home decor items. I saw a couple of items that might work for what I was looking for, but it would have been nice to have someone help me put something together.
Guy: "Hi, can I help you find something?"
Me: "Hi, I'm looking for a fake centerpiece for Thanksgiving, something I can use again"
Guy: "We don't have that here."
Me: "You don't have centerpieces here?"
Guy: "We have real ones, but not fake ones."
Me: (smiling, waiting for the punchline, ie you're kidding, right?)
Guy: (smiling back, does not offer punchline)
Me: Ok (walks out of shop)
Now this is my problem: A centerpiece can be anything. A bowl of dried flowers, a vase with those twisty sticks, a jar of colorful marbles. I am cooking for friends, and I wanted something to put on the buffet. What is the problem with the customer service here?
So now, as far as my coworkers and I are concerned, this shop has a reputation for being unhelpful. Mr. Shop Guy, I'm sorry I if I was wasting your time.
Three stars because if you don't mind the rudeness, they really do have some beautiful items in there. -

Definitely my go to florist :0)
Why, you ask? It's b/c the flowers are super fresh, beautifully arranged and service is awesome. Two examples....
- Sent flowers to my friends house but unfortuantely no one was home. They delivery guy thought it was a safe building and left it on his doorstep. When my friend got home, flowers were gone (shady neighbors). I called to check if the flowers been delivered and they were not. Florist shop basically had to send a second batch (no cost to me) and coordinated a date and time to deliver it to my friend.
- Sent valentine's day flowers to my mom. Flowers lasted 2-1/2 weeks! Talk about fresh!1 Previous Review: Show all »

I sent a friend of mine a floral arrangement from here for her birthday. The price was reasonable and the arrangement was adorable! They were prompt with their delivery time and really helpful when I placed my order over the phone.

Horrible, do not use. I ordered flowers for a very special occasion and they were not delivered timely. I called multiple times to check on the order and the staff was incompetent. Needless to say, they ruined my flower giving experience.

This florist is absolutely horrible and I will NEVER EVER use them again and advise everyone against it as well! I made the mistake of ordering from them online. Online they had listed a beautiful Peony and Hydrangia bouquet that was available in February. I thought it was too good to be true, and it appeared that was the case. I placed the order and when it arrived at my Fiance's work there wasn't a single peony in the entire bouquet, and more importantly, I was never once informed by the owners, managers or anyone at all that they were going to make the change to the $150 bouquet of flowers I was buying. As I would have easily gone somewhere else that was a little more reasonable in price. I emailed them asking for an explanation and all I received back was a 2 line answer saying "we are able to substitute flowers as needed" and thanking me for my order. Not a sorry, or anything at all. The customer service is absolutely horrendous and the fact that they advertised a bouquet that they knew wasn't available is a joke. Please don't ever use this company!
