Whenever I want to send flowers arrangements / bouquets to someone, I always buy from P.A. Floratique.
They know their flowers and the flowers are very fresh.
Sometimes, when you order from other florist, the flowers are wilted within a week. Not when i get flowers from P.A. Floratique. They last for about two weeks, sometimes even longer.
Service - Friendly. I've never had any issues or problems with them. They've been very helpful, whether it's in-store, online or over the phone
Even the delivery person is very friendly and helpful. He hands you the arrangement and kindly advises you what you can do to help make the bouquet/ arrangement last longer.
Price:
To me the price is moderate. They are fair for the flowers/ arrangement you choose. If you do not see something you like, they'll help you find something that's within your price range. Note: I've seen other florist shops (e.g. Bloom, etc) who charges double or triple the amount for the same
Quality:
Fresh. Flowers last awhile (a min of two weeks)...need i say more?!! :0)
They are my go to spot when i need to send flowers.

I sent a friend of mine a floral arrangement from here for her birthday. The price was reasonable and the arrangement was adorable! They were prompt with their delivery time and really helpful when I placed my order over the phone.
I was on my way to grab lunch, when I walked by this place and decided to stop in and look around. I was already a bit wary because a co-worker of mine had had a negative experience (aloof, unhelpful employees), but it is in a convenient spot.
I start looking around, it's a small shop crammed with merchandise. Technically, it's a florist, but they have a ton of home decor items. I saw a couple of items that might work for what I was looking for, but it would have been nice to have someone help me put something together.
Guy: "Hi, can I help you find something?"
Me: "Hi, I'm looking for a fake centerpiece for Thanksgiving, something I can use again"
Guy: "We don't have that here."
Me: "You don't have centerpieces here?"
Guy: "We have real ones, but not fake ones."
Me: (smiling, waiting for the punchline, ie you're kidding, right?)
Guy: (smiling back, does not offer punchline)
Me: Ok (walks out of shop)
Now this is my problem: A centerpiece can be anything. A bowl of dried flowers, a vase with those twisty sticks, a jar of colorful marbles. I am cooking for friends, and I wanted something to put on the buffet. What is the problem with the customer service here?
So now, as far as my coworkers and I are concerned, this shop has a reputation for being unhelpful. Mr. Shop Guy, I'm sorry I if I was wasting your time.
Three stars because if you don't mind the rudeness, they really do have some beautiful items in there.

I have used numerous florists before for my business and I have never found one to as responsive or professional as Park Avenue Floratique. I once forgot my wifes anniversary and it was 5:45pm and I was in trouble, I called Park Ave Floratique and the owner Ted Magen answered. I explained my situation to him and said everyone went home already but he would make up a floral arrangment himself and the best part he would actually delivery it himself at 7:00 pm. Park Avenue Floratique has truly earned my buiness for ever
