      I only booked this service through OnlineParkingReservations.com because my usual, at the Clarion Hotel by the airport, was sold out online. Wow. What a mistake.

      When I dropped off my car on Friday, there wasn't anyone paying any attention at the gate, so after sitting there for 5 minutes, I pulled in, drove around the pothole-riddled parking lot trying to avoid destroying my 18" rims, and parked it myself. After pre- paying for valet parking. Had to flag down the woman in the booth to ask her about procedures, and she just grabbed a man working, told him to give me a ticket, and then pointed to the "shuttle". And by shuttle, I mean beat up van with exposed foam sticking out of the seats. Rough book. The driver was, however, very nice and I was late for the airport, so it was fine, really. I wasn't that bothered.

      When I returned on Monday, I called the office at 9:20pm to announce I had landed and was waiting. It was 9:51pm before a shuttle arrived, and when it did, it was almost full. Three rude ***holes who hadn't been waiting more than two minutes literally jumped in the van so fast that they took the seats of myself and the elderly couple who had been waiting an unacceptable 31 minutes at that point. The driver said that there was a shuttle "right behind him". Interestingly, it was another 20 minutes, and the same van that returned.

      I looked online. It's literally 0.7 miles from the terminal to their office. And I waited OVER AN HOUR to get there. When I returned, my car was filthy from the highway dust going right past the lot, the attendant once again seemed confused when I asked a basic question about payment, and I ended up paying MORE than I usually do at the Clarion, where I've gone back and forth seven times already this year, without a hitch.

      Never. Again.

      I've given this place a few opportunities, but every time they disappoint. They are always late (never just 15 mins wait time for pick up at airport when you arrive). More like 20-30 mins late. And they crowd people onto the van, making people stand which has to be illegal. And then they still drive around to the other terminal when the shuttle is already full, picking up a few and telling everyone else they have to wait for the next shuttle that is coming "soon".

      Very poorly run business. SJC airport needs a professional, well-run offsite airport parking business like all other major airports have.

      After our flight (United) landed, we walked to the Shuttle Stop number 6 as instructed and waited, and waited, and waited...I and several other people kept calling the shuttle driver and he said he'll be there in 10-15 minutes, 30 minutes later he didn't show up. We called again, and he said he came by and didn't see anybody. How could he miss seeing a group of 7 passengers who were waiting for a van that marked "Park & Jet"? We were furious! The driver said "he'll turn around now", 5 minutes later we saw the van drove up but it was on the other side of the street instead of pulling up to our side of the curb, we all looked over in shock. The van drove on and made another loop and finally arrived to our curb. Total waited time for the shuttle was 45 minutes. The driver was rude, argumentative, and the fact that he lied about driving up and not seeing us was unacceptable.

      When we arrived to the parking lot, picked up our car and was asked to pay extra $7 for additional hours since we dropped our car a few hours earlier on our departure date. This was not made clear in our contract.
      This is the most unprofessional service, dishonest that I have never encountered. This was my first and last time doing business with Park & Jet. Never again!!

      On drop off, everything seemed fine. When I arrived this morning to pick up my car, it was downhill rapidly. Called as directed on the receipt and gave them the numbers on the stub, presumably so they could pull my car up. Shuttle was speedy to the airport. Only complaint is the driver was constantly on his cell phones - and not using bluetooth (per the CA law).

      Get to the lot - no one knows where my car is. 30 minutes of people appearing to be busy & still no car. Keep asking attendants as they were going past and no one had any idea where my car was, nor could they figure out where it might have gone.

      40 minutes into this nightmare of virtually zero communication and still no car, I call the police to see if this particular lot has had this issue before - "losing" cars.

      At this point it was let the belligerence begin! The "manager" starts cursing at me, refuses to speak to the police officer, berates me, my car, my family, my car again. Starts screaming, still refusing to talk with the police officer. Claims he pulled my car up (no he didn't - I watched him pull a Volvo station wagon up - not my car). In the meantime someone does pull my car to the curb out in front of the parking lot.

      "Manager" is still screaming at me, cursing, saying it's my fault I'm late because I'm not paying for parking (so far that hasn't been addressed as they didn't have my car). I tell him I'm trying to. He keeps disparaging me, my car, my credit card, my family, the police, but finally takes my card and runs the charge for parking. All the while screaming and cursing at me yelling that I'm never to come back.

      Trust me, that won't be a problem!

      Great service! Very courteous, professional people. I reserved in advance from airportparkingreservations.com and can't say I've had any of the complaints other people have had. Prompt service, great pricing.

      They do lack some signage that the EZ Park lot is the correct lot to go to, though. I would rate 5 stars if not for that. Fortunately after some honking someone came out and directed me there. It's the same company and just down like an eighth of a mile.

      4 stars -- would give a full 5 if they had proper signage at the 1750 lot.

      I used them the first time on my trip to Hawaii, made no reservation and was able to get a nice spot no problem. The people were *SUPER* nice and polite.

      The drive and pickup to/from the airport is second to none! Sure they use old van but it was clean and waited less then 2 mins!

      And here is something you do not hear everyday: so as we left I fond out once we were in LAX that I had lost my car keys!

      So as soon we arrived at Maui we call the airport and TSA, had to leave voice mail and fil some form.. Next was to call Park & Jet, the person told me he was driving and kinda dark (mind you we are talking 11pm!) and promised me he will call me as soon he had checked all vans. whatever they found it or not.. so Im thinking sure and...

      The next day I got call, he found it! Give me his name and told me that as now he will take full responsibility to *anything* that happen to me car!.. well the fact my key was found made my day already and vacation started! A replacement key (electronics) and all the hassel to go home get the key and get back.. that would been a horror not to mention the cost!

      And sure thing on our way back, the guy that founded the key pick us up, escorted us to the car and wanted to be sure nothing was missing!

      Happy customer and they have me as a customer for live!

      If you value money more than your precious time and your safety is of no concern, then this is the place for you.

      The location is shady but I can usually see pass that. Valet was the only option (which meant I had to give them my keys) because they were oversold even though I had reservations. The small old scary van that took us to the airport was driven way too fast and made everyone nervous as we all start reaching for our seatbelts. On the return, which was a Wednesday night at 9:30pm, I called for the pick up, and after 15minutes of waiting, I called again. He said I wasn't there. Well, he forgot the name of the airline and went to the wrong place. So, it eventually took 30 minutes of waiting in the cold to get picked up. A similar scary old van reeked of fumes and made a nauseaus. I was honestly surprised that my car was still there, so for that they get one star.

      Not so good.

      I prepaid for this through an Orbitz reservation, not bothering to look into who the actual vendor was before my flight. For a few extra dollars, you can definitely find better options in SJC.

      First of all, the lot is all out in the open and there is not much in the way of security. The old van that took us to the airport took well over 30 mins to arrive and then upon our return let a car-load of people sit in a fume-filled (with a broken windshield, no less) van for 30 minutes on top of the wait time for it to arrive, while the driver did who knows what on his cell phone. When we were dropped off at our car and went to exit, the rep at the gate tried to make me pay for a second time and had to be shown my original receipt repeatedly before he would acknowledge I'd prepaid through Orbitz. Not very good service.

      Worst driver ever! Don't even deserve 1star for the rating. The early morning driver is so aggressive, he cuts off other drivers on the road intentionally. Very bad service. I do not recommend this place.
