My fiance and I had a wonderful experience at Paragon Acura!! From beginning to end it was a great experience. Our Salesman, Joe, was great. He knew his stuff, was very informative. Joe took his time with us, he showed us the car talked about the car and took us out for a test drive. And after patiently negotiating with my fiancé (which is not easy, smile) was able to get us a fantastic deal!!! Joe was really sweet, and what was most impressive Joe seemed to remember me from my 1999 Paragon Honda purchase!!
After Joe we quickly met with Gene in the finance dept. who finalized our deal!! When buying a car your dread seeing the finance Mgr but Gene was great!! We were not with Gene long but he was very helpful and very very nice.
Last but certainly not least we met Wendy. Wendy was awesome!!! She walked us through the car, personalized all of my settings and even rode with us to the gas station to fill up the tank. Wendy's fun and bubbly personality kept us smiling until the very end. She made the mistake of telling me to call her if I needed anything or had any questions. I must have called Wendy 4 or 5 times last week and each time she was just as pleasant at the first. Wendy was the best!!
As, I said earlier we had a great experience at Paragon Acura and the staff there is great!!!! I LOVE my new TL and I definitely recommend Paragon Acura to any and everyone!! Aside from the staff that I mentioned every one that i met at Paragon were sooo nice and friendly. I recently met Frank in the service Dept and he was awesome as well. I am one for great Customer Service and Paragon Definitely has it!!!!!! Thanks Guys!!

Great service, clean showroom, most of the staff is friendly (some are standoffish). Everytime I bring my car in for service, it leaves with a complementary car wash. There are a lot of stores in the area so if you have to wait long (and you will, it's a dealership), there are plenty of time-killing options. Like Staples. I could spend hours in there. Sleeping on the office furniture.
