The staff is very attentive. The ambiance is very nice.

The food is good. I liked how they have small portions. The service was good. The only thing is that it's right next to the comedy club and there were moments when it was really loud but that is out of this restaurant's control.come for the food...its worth it!! Will definitely return to try their pizza!!

Absolutely horrible service!! Arrived at 730, Sat and ordered immediately. Took about 25 minutues to get mozzarella sticks which came before the drink order. After waiting an hour and twenty minutes we went to check on our pizza order and was told they didn't get the order and it would be another 20 to 30 min l. No way anlm I waiting an hour and 45 min for pizza!! Absolutely awful service all around!!

Poor service experience but didn't even eat here. Made a reservation for 7:30PM for 7 people. Wasn't seated until 7:55PM. I understand places are very short staffed but the place was not busy. Waitress didn't come to table with any water or anything until 8:05PM. We ended up leaving as we had to go to a scheduled event. Disappointed overall.

Recently turned over, this restaurant sits conventionally next to the Stress Factory. Food and service was great! Proprietors Vicki and Vinny met us during our dinning experience and could not have been nicer. We then went next door for the show which was fantastic, Came back after the show for a nightcap, great place - lots of fun'

This place is so fun. We came for dinner before the comedy show and the food and service was great! After the show we came back for a night cap where we were pleasantly surprised with the garage door window being open to enjoy the fresh air with an awesome drink. Vikki was so inviting. We will defiantly be back !

I used to come here all the time with a big group before the pandemic- wow times have changed. Their pizza used to be fabulous! This time we ordered several different pizzas - terrible. There was literally no cheese in the pizza - no cheese! Turns out there was no pizza person making the pies, just one random guy doing everything. I heard there are new owners... what a shame. This used to be my go to place for a large group and 'nicer' than Filippos which has excellent pizza-but never again. No cheese!

We had a delicious dinner last night at Panicos with excellent service. As we were getting ready to have dessert my husband felt faint and dizzy. Everyone, especially the owner, couldn't have been more helpful . They called 911 for me, waited by the door until the ambulance came, all during a busy Saturday night. My husband is fine today but I will never forget the caring people at Panico as well as the fabulous food.

Service was horrible. Waited an hour and a half for a Chicken parm sandwich , a hamburger and a caprese salad, which was basically a few of pieces of romaine, unripened tomatoes , mozzarella that did not taste fresh at all and was not cold and was hard. Maybe our experience was bad, the place was not busy at all and other peoples orders took a long time as well.

      Two words:
      Raw chicken!

If you want more words, try slow and inattentive service, mediocre food, high prices.

We were there a half hour before we got bread and that was after I had to call out to three members of the wait staff that were standing around talking and ask for it. Out came a basket with four slices bland, doughy, cold bread and no offer on refills.

My wife wanted wine and when we told the bus boy (our waiter was MIA) he said someone would be right over. 45 minutes after arrival, my wife finally had a glass of wine.

Eggplant rollatini came out cool, not hot, not warm. Eggplant a little too firm for my tastes.

My daughter's second crab-cake came out a tad over-done; you know, when the outside has that dark brown color telling you someone didn't keep an eye on it and missed the golden brown that one would expect. I guess after my raw chicken I should be somehow comforted that my five-year-old's seafood was probably safe to eat.

My wife enjoyed her salmon. Let's face it, that's hard to screw up if. Her portion was what you would get at Houlihan's for $14.99 (half the price, it's one of her faves at Houlihan's).

As for the raw chicken, it was on my chicken saltimbocca. Talk about something that's hard to screw up! ( http://www.foodandwine.com/recipes/chicken-saltimbocca ) Yet somehow they did. Good thing I wasn't sharing with my daughter!

By the way, when I asked to see they manager, they played the trick of sending over the maître d'. Regardless, there was no way he could not say my food was raw. Still keeping with his crappy service, our waiter, Luis took his sweet time coming back to the table with a menu to see if I wanted to order something else. Yes, the check please! Subito!

We all decided to go elsewhere for dessert and that's where Valentine's night was saved by Cookies & Crepes a few blocks away.
