I used to go here a lot but lately the quality of the items I enjoy have been so wishy washy, like sometimes they'll serve you the end of the macaroni and cheese that has no business being served for human consumption instead of just getting rid of what's left at the bottom towards the end of the day or sometimes you'll get thick and creamy broccoli and cheddar but sometimes you'll get super watery super old broccoli ect type stuff. Extremely inconsistent sadly also the The sandwiches are like they're made by children they don't spread the meat and they put way too much mayo when you ask for a little bit I'm talking like nasty amount. Lol. But there desert items and bread are great! The bakery side is great!
I miss how they were a few years ago it used to be pretty good foodHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Johnny T.Burlington, VT0201Jun 24, 2023
Made a mobile order online for 4 breakfast sandwiches. There was nothing custom about the sandwiches, we got 2 bacon, egg and cheese, the egg white veggie, and the chicken egg sandwich. The order was placed and gave an hour before it needed to be picked up so there was plenty of time. Nothing in the order seemed right, one of the bacon sandwiches had no bacon and the veggie egg white had bacon on it. Not to mention the "portions" are awful. The tiniest piece of bacon for a bacon sandwich that cost $7. definitely won't be back.

Panera has moved from a downtown location to enable drive through at a location miles away. The old Panera had a warm and cozy setting with different seating options. The new site offers no such seating, looks like a lunch room at a factory and is noisy. The food remains the same...good sandwiches and salads and blah soup options. Coffee is good if you get it freshly made, otherwise luke warm yucky...continues good bread and baked options. Good, they now have a take-out drive-through, unpleasant sitting there. Lost two stars from me!

The place is certainly not below average. Combining the sitting arrangements, automatic ordering options, availability of smoothies, coffee drinks, pastries, bread and the salad, soup and sandwiches all in one place makes it very convenient. And it didn't take long to prepare and serve the order. So I enjoyed it and had a pretty good tasty Mediterranean salad and chicken topped with hummus and greek sauce. I also tried the peach strawberry-smoothie made with Almond milk. So a solid 3 star for this place.

So we stopped in to Panera Bread to get soup and a slice of bread to go. How can a restaurant with bread in their name be out of bread? There were plenty of loaves on the bakery section, but they wouldn't touch those. So disappointed. One lousy piece of artesian bread with my chicken noodle soup -is that too much to ask?
So... further to our Panera Bread experience: I wrote to the Panera's customer service team. No apology, but we did receive this in their response: "To help make your next visit better, I just added a surprise to your MyPanera account". We thought perhaps a loaf of bread. Nope. We got a COOKIE!! Panera truly takes care of their customers- not!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Chris C.MA, MA03Sep 14, 2022
Recently had lunch at the Keene, NH location. TERRIBLE, from start to finish. I have loved Panera for years. Napa Chicken Salad on Semolina Bread However, like so many restaurants these days, the service is non-existent, the food quality has declined, and the prices have sky-rocketed. On this day, couldn't get anyone to wait on us, until we finally asked if anyone was working there. The young lady may have been new, but she had no customer service skills, and acted as though she might fall asleep at any moment. I ordered my favorite. Only 2 choices of bread, white or whole grain, my bread was burnt & stale, the sandwich was half the size is used to be, and the Napa Chicken either had a new recipe or it had gone bad. It didn't taste anything like I remembered. I won't be returning, unless Panera returns to the higher standards they used to offer their customers.

Absolutely horrible service, had food delivered for company outing and of course they forgot my meal (not the first time this has happened), they then refused to deliver my meal and instead credited the company for the order. Well guess what, I didn't pack lunch because they told us we were having it catered so now what? Guess I'll just eat sand in the parking lot. I hope the delivery guy orders food and his order is lost and he's starving.

My husband and I were very pleased with the service and food we received. He ordered the half soup, butternut squash soup, and half sandwich, Turkey with chipotle Mayo and avocado and stated it was delicious. I ordered the chicken noodle soup, and it was very good! Service was friendly and the food was ready in good order. If we lived in the area, we would definitely be back.

I like Panera Bread as does my family. I enjoy the food but after a visit today I will not be returning. Their prices are now just silly.
We ended up getting two bowls of soup which arrived half full. Sad to say but I will not be back.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Liv T.NH, NH1253May 16, 2021
Let me just start off by saying I WORKED at Panera myself for two years at a different location. Right before I came to college... When I get there I ask for a warm chocolate chipper and she said she couldn't heat it up and I said yes you can and she said we don't have a setting for it. I'm not stupid I used to make mac & cheese you put it on the mac & cheese setting and then you take it out in like 15 seconds she was just being lazy and she didn't want to do it I have no idea why because I'm pretty sure she was a manager so when I called her on it she completely ignored that I called her on it because she was embarrassed because she looks stupid. This Panera is absolutely disgusting and they've never been nice ever and this just puts the cherry on top of the shitty cake. Not dealing with that again
