Panera Bread

Good food. Well staffed. They need a better way to let you know your order is ready than yelling your name, as they are usually packed and even with a healthy yeller it's kinda hard to hear. BUT great place. They're busy and deserve to be busy.

For a recent team workshop, we ordered breakfast boxes, coffee and bagels for the team to enjoy. The order arrived at the time expected and seemed fresh which was nice. The only issue we had was that the cream cheese had been forgotten but the issue was quickly remedied.

While we ordered a variety of boxed breakfast options and bagels, I chose to have the Sausage, Scrambled Egg & Cheese on Asiago Bagel Boxed Breakfast (served with a fruit cup) as well as a Blueberry Bagel.

The breakfast sandwich was much better than expected and was very filling. As I had the sandwich and the bagels well, I decided to eat half of the sandwich/half of the bagel with the fruit cup and save the rest to eat later.

- Sausage, Scrambled Egg & Cheese on Asiago Bagel: This was actually much better than expected and was very filling. I loved the flavor profile of the asiago bagel with the sausage and egg inside. I would definitely order this again.
- Fruit Cup: Fresh and flavorful
- Blueberry Bagel: Average at best. I tried this plain, with butter, and with the cream cheese once they brought it and nothing made it a "wow" bagel. I wouldn't order this again.

I have been to many Panera locations and loved them for the food, friendliness, and speedy service. This has got to be the worst one in the chain. The employees are rude, slow, hostile, and sloppy.

I placed my order on a kiosk, some scones, a loaf of bread, and some rolls, and of course had to pay by credit card. After watching the employees jacking around and whispering among themselves for about 15 minutes, I asked one of the employees if anyone was working in the bakery area. She said they would get to me soon. I might add, this was mid afternoon and not crowded.

the employee finally got the loaf of bread, took it behind the wall somewhere, then came back out and busied herself doing something else. After another wait I told her I needed a refund. She got another employee, who said I couldn't get a refund for 3 to 5 business days on my credit card!

The place is also dirty. Won't be going back.

Always consistent good & an extensive menu which makes it even harder to choose! Bread is always fresh & delicious and everything does not disappoint!

Favorites include almond chicken salad, blt, homemade soup and so much more! Ask them to help you decide based upon your likes-they will surprise you!

After writing a wonderfully descriptive review on my tiny phone keyboard and being told when I clicked on 'Post Review' that it was too long - well Yelp is responsible for what sounds like an angry diatribe and bent out of shape review. In short:

Panera corporate blows, because they apparently have no way of allowing their app to take into account oh, let's see: how about allowing food to be ordered online when it's not available in the restaurant. And this Panera is staffed by management who - on a SLOW day - can't make enough (ready for this?) BREAD. They also don't know customer service 101 on how to APOLOGIZE for their inadequacy instead of merely saying "we are out of _________"

My family and I have spent a lot of money here literally since the day they opened. But this keeps happening fairly consistently, so we are officially DONE with any Panera locations now.

This place is pretty good but I'm not a big sandwich person so I don't think about coming here often but I'm happy enough to come with friends. The food is pretty good and there's lots of options

I don't get the concept

the food is okay if the order is correct and not cold. if the girl Cierra had better customer service it be a lot better environment. the last time I came she had a horrible attitude and kept getting on her phone with her boyfriend arguing about where he was, so unprofessional while taking an order. I didn't see her wash her hands after leaving the restroom as well as not wearing a hair net and witnessing her hair falling into food and she just pulled it out and proceeded with the order!!!! (GROSS) This place needs all new employee's to become a better rated store! it used to be my favorite now I go out of my way to another location. please get it together Panera!

The food is ok but if you want to get home with accurate order, skip this Panera. We have inaccurate orders so often that I swore I'd never go back. We finally decided to give it one more try. We ordered take-out for dinner and then got a couple of desserts as well as two bagels for breakfast the next day. Imagine our surprise when the next morning we opened the bag to find a bunch of chocolate chip cookies instead of the bagels. I even watched the employee get the bagels from the bin! How could you screw it up between taking them out of the bin and handing us the bag?????? Never again. And I mean it this time.
