2 reviews for Panda Garden
Had the sesame chicken, some pork dumplings, and a noodle dish here. The sesame chicken was reminiscent of Panda Express, but a bit less salty. Dumplings were a little too doughy, and the noodles were a little too bland.
Overall, pretty average place. Worth going to if you're in the immediate area.
A small Chinese take-out next to the Harris Teeter right after entering Holly Springs. They've got a decent selection of typical Chinese take-out fare, and they augment that by placing a few random Thai dishes on the menu. I'm a sucker for spicy, well prepared Thai Food, and just the fact that Panda Garden even offers options above and beyond the typical Chinese take-out joint gives it a leg up for me.
As far as the food goes, you won't find anything that's going to knock your socks off, but it's far from horrible. The Pad Thai is not a great as you will find in most of the area's sit down style Thai restaurants, but it's definitely a great meal for cheap. Panda Garden also offers a few lighter options, the best of which that I've sampled has been the Thai tofu and bean sprouts. If you're looking for something that's going to fill you up without wearing you out or packing the pounds on, Panda Garden could be the place for you.
