I have such fond memories of going to Pancho's as a teenager and eating enough for 3 days in about 30 minutes.  I  swear that I remember Pancho's actually being edible.  This was disgusting.  I don't know if it's just the one in Lewisville or if all Pancho's have changed their recipes.  I went there with my wife and my sister, so we could show my wife (who had never been there) what all the fuss was about.  She hasn't spoken to me since.  When I sat down and looked over my plate that I used to be so proud of, it looked like a bunch of goo.  They put waaaaay too much sauce on their enchiladas and tacos and I couldn't even taste or see the tortillas or the meat.  1 star, but I saw last week that this one is closing down.  Good riddance to thee, Pancho's in Lewisville.

I have been to other Pancho's that were actually good. This new one is Lewisville is awful. It is chaotic, the colored walls make me sick, and the food is almost all fried.
