Are you looking for a truly unique experience? Then go to this one-of-a-kind indoor bocce ball palace. So much fun if you go with a group!
The place has ten or twelve professional-quality bocce ball courts, which you can rent out to play with your friends. There is a fully-stocked bar AND an awesome dining area that just happens to have some of the best Italian food around. A typical pasta dish starts at about $12.99, but the portions are big and you will definitely be stuffed. This is definitely a place to bring a date or (better yet) a bunch of your friends.
I had played bocce on lawns before, but it is a whole new experience playing it on these courts. You definitely need a gentle touch when rolling the ball. Definitely a place I'd love to go to again. -

This is a cool place to take a group. We took our whole family for my university graduation. It was cool, it was different, it was memorable. None of our family (from NC & CA) had ever been to a place like this. Just their smiles and the fun that we had together playing together was great! I recommend for the memory!

This place is intense! Insanely HUGE! When we were eating dinner, I felt like we were eating at an outdoor tennis club. That said, I loved it here. I'll start with dinner. Overall, I thought dinner was pretty solid. Maybe a tad overpriced, but hey, someone has to pay for the monstrosity of a building that is Palazzo di Bocce. I ordered the ravioli and my girlfriend ordered some kind of pasta with alfredo, we were both pretty happy with what we ate. They also serve up some solid bread before dinner.
Onto the Bocce. I LOVE Bocce ball. While part of myself was yearning for the backyard style bocce at first, I learned to appreciate the more traditional form of Bocce played here. Think that table-top shuffleboard game with sawdust on huge courts with heavy ceramic balls. Throw in some courtside food and cocktails and you've got yourself a solid night.
Just FYI--I went with a group of 4 and thought it was a good size group to play Bocce. Remember, the more people there are, the less you get to throw the Bocce balls, and, honestly, what fun is that? -

Had dinner here with a large group about a week ago. Don't remember a lot about my food since it was quite chaotic, but I have the receipt so here's some info.
Kids meals were great. One kid had Spaghetti Bolognese with Meatballs for $4.95. Another had Chicken Picatta for $5.95. Good sized portions too.
One person complained that their food was a little on the cold side, but once again large party so take that one with a grain of salt.
Entrees were all between $15.99 and $19.99 (ranging from Chicken Parm to Swordfish) and all came with a house salad.
Glasses of wine were $4.99 to $6.95 for the ones our group ordered. Coffee was $2.49.
Servers was fairly friendly. Dining "room" is very nice/classy. Two flat screen tvs by the bar.
3 1/2 stars for food/service. Extra 1/2 star for the bocce courts which kids enjoyed watching. -

There can't be two if these! Seriously large Bocce arena that surrounds a bug Italian dining area. Fast and furious lanes and moderately to seriously good food. Bravo.

This place is no Joke! The amount of thought and effort that went into the design of this House of Bocce is impressive! The owner "Tony" has created a place for serious Bocce player, first time players and hungry diners to come and have a great experience.
Tony even installed HEATED floors, so that "the ladies are comfortable".
The food is great and is served in a classic Italian atmosphere. This isn't "Sopranoland" make believe, this is just a really nice place with a genuine staff and owner!
I initially visited the Palazzo to shoot a video project on them for http://Metromodemedia.com . You can see the video here: http://www.youtube.com... -

This place is huge and awesome.
What a fun environment with Italian food to die for.
In the middle you have the bar and fine dining. Around the outskirts you have bocce ball courts (think lawn bowling), where other people are almost always playing (you can buy time on the courts too, and/or a lesson from one of the resident pros).
It's like you are sitting in the Godfather's restaurant with all the old Don's talking about their bocce games, eating their various delicious italian cuisine, and sipping an endless supply of red wine. HELL YEAH! this is what it's all about.
we showed up underdressed (casual, oops! - better to dress up here, even if it is business casual) and had a http://restaurant.com coupon on a busy night and they still seated us immediately, and without ANY hassle whatsoever (better than I can say for other places i've visited).
They are a little on the pricier side for the food but it is OH SO WORTH IT! SO DELICIOUS. YUM.
You can't go wrong here. It's good clean fun.
Pinky rings extra. 5 stars. -

This is allot of fun for a group of people that need a lawn bowling lesson. Wonderful bar and restaurant with seating in the middle of large lawn bowling courts. Rent a course for 90 min and practice on lawn bowling skills. Best to go at 3pm because the leagues will show up and take over.
The food is getting better and better. -

I've always had great experiences here, on and off the bocce court. The food has always been great except for one time having to send pasta back for being cold and another when it was buffet only which isn't my cup of tea. I prefer the dinner menu over the lunch selection. Besides that, wonderful! Service has always been great, especially tonight. The waiter was hilarious and knew how to deal with my crazy family. Tonight's meal included a delicious salad with spinach, onions, pine nuts and strawberries. I followed that with tortellini in cream sauce with asparagus which was tasty as well but quick to fill me up! Other items ordered were a steak salad (huge!), two salmon dishes (devoured) and another chicken and pasta dish (also devoured) To finish we all split some cannolis (you get two in a dessert) and a large tiramisu. Great place to have a nice dinner and use up all the excess energy from the sugary dessert on bocce ball afterwords!

Want to play some Boccie ball and have a fine Italian meal? Then this place is for you. It's located just up the road from The Palace of Auburn Hills. It's a beautiful facility. The food is classic Italian. Have fun dinning on risotto while watching old Italians argue over boccie.

Great place to have a few drinks and play boccie, but I'd have dinner someplace else. The Calamari we ended up sending back because it was like rubber. The food was about what you would expect from any Italian chain restaurant, nothing special. We did have a great time after dinner with a few more cocktails and a couple of games of boccie.

When they told me we were going to bocce ball, I was like, "wtf" - kiss balls? No, Lauren, BOCCE not BACI - it's a game, idiot. Ohh, well, that certainly clarifies things. We arrived, and it's like shuffleboard with balls. Very, um, interesting. Apparently it's quite big in Michigan, and according to my companions, New Jersey as well. I head into the private party room which boasts four (or five) courts, and I am quite pleased to learn it's an open bar! Woo-hoo VW - I saunter up to the bar and order a 'skinny bitch' - the bartender looks at me like I just slapped her dog, and I explain it's diet coke and vodka. This amuses her, luckily, and she proceeds to fill 3/4 of a soda glass with vodka and 1/4 with diet coke. I've never had a drink like that - ever. I drank it and was quite happy. It gave me the courage to actually play the game, and it was so much fun! I don't know if it was the immense amount of vodka shooting through my body (I was now completing 2nd skinny bitch, again all bitch and not so much skinny) or that the game was actually that much fun. I would love to comment on the food, but I honestly can't remember. My friends (surprisingly more drunk than I was) said it was great - lasagna, chicken, and fettuccine alfredo). The servers were fantastic and they kept the drinks strong and flowing. I've seriously never had so much to drink. I actually smoked a cigarette, which is quite unlike me. I was a bocce bad girl. It was awesome. I'm thinking about opening one of these places in LA. Bocce rules!

Family now goes annually around the holidays. While the food is okay, we will probably be eating somewhere else in the future but continue to return for the bocce.
