3 reviews for Palace of Wax & Ripleys Believe or Not
FUN FUN FUN! Go with some friends come out happy. I went this past weekend and I had a ton of fun for the price of admission. It was about $10 bucks per item in the end, based on the price of ticket.
It's all about the company you bring and how everyone makes it fun. The staff is fine. There's a gift shop, food, and wax hand making. I had fun, would go back with another group.

despite the young, immature and unprofessional staff, the palace of wax is a fun adventure. lots of cool things to look at and is actually very educational. the mirror maze is fun and so is the section where you can get a wax replica of your hand made. my fave sections are the civil rights section and the US presidents section.

The Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum is definitely not worth checking out, unless you're fascinated with the show or have kids. We checked out the Palace of Wax and that was quite entertaining. All sorts of celebrities from the past and present represented here, Britney Spears, Brad Pitt, Demi Moore, all the US presidents, Jesus, movie scenes from Casablanca, Wizard of Oz, and a haunted/freak show area that was excruciatingly long and painful to walk through. Admission costs are very high, you're better off at Six Flags.
