All you can eat Korean BBQ... Whether it's your "does this baby make me look fat" T-shirt or the waist-less overalls, bring your A-game -- if you're looking to gorge yourself, this is the place for you.
There's one entire bar with different kinds of BBQ meats -- beef, pork, chicken, seafood, all variously seasoned and spiced. Another bar has the Korean/other side dishes from different kimchi and spicy tofu to egg rolls and lo mein. There is also the fruit and vegetable bar, which I heard called the "empty calorie" section, though I do like to finish off the meal with the sweet rice tea. Rice and soups in the back, and it's buffet style so you can get as many plates as you like.
Back at the table, you grill your meat however you like it. They give you tongs and my favorite Korean kitchen utensil, the scissor.
I have found that no matter who you go with, expect competition on the number of plates, leftover bones, or otherwise egregious measures of food consumption. I unfortunately was not dressed the part, in my business casual work clothes that are less forgiving on the expanding waist, so had to slow considerably at the end, and have accepted that I will never out-eat the O-line...
I would also point out to expect your entire being to exude Korean BBQ when you are done from your clothes to your hair. Leave the jacket in the car unless you have Febreeze at home.
$30 per person for unlimited pounds of meat and assorted Korean food, well worth it.
Ok. Food? 4.5 stars
But the management here will make me think twice before coming back.
So my brother, every time he sees me, he chants... bi bim bap. Or whatever. So finally I decide to take him to try Palace BBQ, cuz I promised him Korean food hellllaaa days ago. So we get there, I tell them 5 ppl since I had two friends coming to join us.
The waitress brings out THREE waters. Um... ok? Sure. So when my friends came they said they already ate and won't be joining the eateries. *shrugs* thats fine. :) I enjoy company anyway.
So my brothers and I eat til our hearts content and when it came time to pay... I noticed they charged us for 5 people. No problem, it's cuz that's what I told them. Just a lil miscommunication. No biggie. When my friend brought it to the manager's attention and she hella came over with this Angry Mom who just had her China broken look on her face saying, "Who didn't eat?! YOU shoulda tell us firs!t!"
I look at her in shock... Are you serious? *blinks* "I'm 'sorry' I didn't know they already ate" And she storms off.
Jeez, ya'll didn't even service them WATER. You're seriously gonna get all upset about this?? Whatevs! PASS!!
AND!! For 3 people with just under a 15% tip was $100. WTF? really? Next time, I'll hit Hot Pot City. At least THEY are nice to us there. $29 per person...? *shakes head* this isn't a fine dining establishment... Just buy your meats next door and grill em at home...
This is a horrible place if you're a vegetarian. However, for carnivores, this is definitely the place to be. After stepping into the place and placing your drink order, head straight to the back, grab an empty plate and behold the raw, marinated meats counter. Pile on the meat and bring it back to your table for some grill time. Be prepared to smell like BBQ for the rest of the day after stopping by this place.
I can't say that the food is the best quality Korean BBQ I have had, but it should please most carnivores sufficiently. What they may lack in quality, they more than make up for it in quantity. You will not leave here hungry... unless you're a vegetarian, of course. :P Come here for lunch and it'll be about $15/person for all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ madness. Personally, I'd give it 3.5, but Yelp doesn't allow for half-sies. Enjoy!
P.S. If you have a group larger than 6 people, you will have to split up the group. Their tables can seat up to 6 people comfortably.
I definitely have a love hate relationship with Palace. I love it because I can eat as much bbq'd Korean meats as I want. Chicken, beef, seafood, stomach, intestine you name it I like it all. They also have a decent variety of side dishes. The Panchan (Korean side dishes) are ok but they have a small selection of chinese dishes also. If you're not careful you can fill up quickly on eggrolls and soup before your meat is even done cooking.
The service is kinda just sterile and well it's buffet you don't go here for white table cloth service. However I will say they are really good about giving you a new grill. Don't be shy about asking for a new grill. It's customary to do so.
All in all I go here once in a blue moon when my craving for Korean bbq has overwhelmed and I have a ravenous appetite that day. For small eaters you're probably better off going to a regular Korean restaurant. For big eaters this is the place to go.

I can't believe I haven't yelped this place yet. If you are craving huge amounts of korean bbq and… Read more »
When I think about Korean BBQ in the South Bay, I instantly think of this place. As has been mentioned many times before, you WILL leave the place smelling like BBQ. In fact, I still smell like it after coming back from here earlier tonight. Upon entering the restaurant, it gives off an upscale vibe to the place. However, their customer service isn't. In fact, they tend not refill your drink unless asked upon and when they do, they seem to ignore you but are somehow paying attention.
As for the actual meats, they're already marinated and are ready to be cooked. I tend to do work on the short ribs, spicy pork, and the octopus. Yes, I'm here for the meats but can't help eating some octopus. In addition, there are side dishes (friend rice, noodles, egg rolls, etc.) that are along the other side. The grill that is used to cook your food is located on your table, and takes up a decent amount of space. Surprisingly, the table can only seat a maximum of four; at least from what I've seen. There may be more, but I never see any of them.
Oh yeah, the food. There's a decent selection overall: beef, spicy pork, long/short ribs, tripe, octopus, etc. However, there isn't that big of a difference in options between lunch and dinner. I'd personally save the $10+ and come here during lunch. The food alone is worth 5 stars, but the service brings it down to 4.
When I am feeling some all-you-can-eat Korean bbq while in the Bay Area, Palace is my go-to place. Their selection of meats is great, but I always opt for the long rolls of beef that are only available at dinner. In fact, the rolls of beef are so overwhelmingly tastier than the other meats that I would only go for dinner. Palace also has a wide selection of side dishes, from kimchi to meatballs with veggies.
Another aspect of Palace that is enjoyable is the freedom to cook your meats however you want it. I usually throw on some garlic and jalapeno that they provide, and grill the meat on top for extra flavor.
One piece of advice is to always bring a Korean person with you. Service from the waitresses is inexplicably better when you do.
The only thing holding me back from frequent visits is the hefty price for dinner. The idea of eating one dinner for the price of three is always on the back of my mind, but the delicious marinated beef does have its way with words and usually wins.
[M]ona: 5 Stars

Average: 5 Stars
We'll try to keep this short and simple:
+ Korean BBQ & Buffet (How great is that? :D)
+ Decent Prices
+ Good for groups
+ Comfortable Seating
+ Fun - You get to grill your own food!
+ Awesome Dessert Drink
+ Good selection of Meats (Marinated Chicken, Pork, Beef, Seafood, etc)
+ Great selection of Foods
+ Fresh
+ Filling (obviously)
- Leave smelling like BBQ
Palace BBQ Buffet was definitely worth that one hour drive. Will be back whenever when we have time! X3
Best Krn BBQ buffet! I love that they give quality food. I love the marinated raw crabs. Love love love! A bit on the expensive side but worth it. So goooood. The service (or lack thereof) could be better but they're usually so damn busy. You pretty much go get your own raw food and cook it at your table. Your clothes will smell like BBQ but your tum tum will be happy. =)
This place was FANTASTIC!! It was one thing for it to be Korean BBQ, and then another plus that I was able to cook it the way I like it. I've only eaten at around 3 or so Korean BBQ restaurants and have not had anything like this place. The different types of meats just adds to it. I highly recommend the Long & Short ribs as they made the $26/person well worth it. Another plus about this place is they are not shady what so ever on the cut of meat they give.
I can't say enough about this place except try it for yourself and you won't regret it! Definitely a place I will visit many times to come.
I've been to quite a few korean bbq's and i think Palace tops them all. None of the places i've been to serve the original Korean galbi -- the ones rolled up around the bone-- because those are expensive. Also, other Korean bbq's usually have you order plates of meat at a time but at Palace, you can get up and get whatever you want. I much prefer the later because you can pick and choose what you want and know you can eat. :)
This is the best place to break in a BBQ virgin.
The ready made hot dishes like the salad, fried rice, chow mein, chick wings, meatballs are cheap fillers. They're okay. [Scary how I know what the dishes are from memory.] My advice is to go for those long galbi, you're sure to get your $'s worth that way.
The line can be long but there's a supermarket next door to burn some time while you wait for your table. The restaurant is huge and it's been packed every time I've been so get there early.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Alll you can eat Korean bbq! How can you resist? I can end this review here. Any meatlover should visit.
I also love the yummy condiments: kimchee, ggak du gi, jelly fish salad and the sweet malt dessert drink, sik kae. DELICIOUS. For $26 you can't go wrong. And make sure to order a bottle of soju too. That brings out the chatter and laughter. :)
Good times. :)
i like K bbq from a place like jang su jang down the street. thus for me, this place feels like a buffet for the masses aimed at a wide audience (accessible to non-Koreans). not bad per se, but not a K town place. it feels like when you go to a chinese restaurant which has two menus, and you only get the english one.
i'd stick to the kalbi large (unroll it) and short ribs mainly. they do have daeji bulgogi, tripe, shrimp, octopus, etc. dips = some ssamjang and lettuce with a few jalapeno and garlic. be nicer if they had the gochujong or salt/pepper/sesame oil for the samgyupsal.
some banchan with random chinese buffet items also, but not memorable, luckily they do have some spicy crab
$23.99 if not weekend dinner, otherwise 25.99
i can see this place being the intro to korean bbq...
even with fans overhead, you can't walk out of here without smelling of bbq
I think this is better than Korea BBQ Buffet on San Carlos,
1. It is cheaper $12.99 verses $14.99 and
2. They have better quality of food kal-bi and better marinated for their meats
3. Of course it is bigger so. better choices of food, alike hot seaweead soup and I love pumpkin soup.

This is hands down the best korean bbq buffet in the country. i've been to the "best" in nyc, la, chicago, dc, etc etc. and i gotta say, if you are into a good plate of kalbi, kimchi, and geh jang... you cannot beat this joint. the price for the quality is fair and even though they don't give you the requisite jjigeh (stew) that usually comes with korean bbq, i cannot give this place anything lower than 5 stars. if there were 6 stars, i'd give it 6. i've been coming here since 1998, and some of the wait staff STILL work here. that's gotta mean something. even though the owners changed, that staff hasn't. and more importantly the recipe hasn't. of course this place has your gringo section, full of filler material such as sweet and sour pork, chow mein, clam chowder... etc. stuff that's not korean that gringos will eat and waste valuable stomach space on... they obviously do this to keep people consuming less galbi. but i digress. if you are in SF. drive down to this joint and eat here at least once in your life. if you don't... well then you just ain't lived!
I go to this place whenever I can afford it lol. Dinner for 2 usually come out to sixty-something odd dollars which includes tax and tips.
Though Hot Pot City in Milpitas is cheaper, their food quality cannot compare to this place. The marination here is superior for all the meat, especially korean galbi. Do yourself a favor and don't get distracted by the "cheap & filling" food like eggrolls or fried rice etc. Go for the real deal: the meat & the seafood.
Oh, ask the waiters to change your grill often, makes your food cook faster & they taste better too :)
Warning: it gets crowded, especially dinner time on Fridays & Saturdays...you might have to wait 1/2 hr or more for bigger groups. I usually go grocery shopping at the korean market next door to waste time lol
I'm giving this place 4 stars - not 5 because of the price. It's EXPENSIVE at $23.99 per person for dinner. For 3 adults with 3 sodas not including tip was $84 and some change.
It is clean, well lit, and each table has it's own copper hood above to help suck out the fumes. It smells wonderful inside though. The bussers that come by to pick up plates will also willingly offer you a clean grill if your grill gets too gunked up which is nice. The waitresses are very attentive in making sure everything is ok, refilling drinks, etc. and they aren't annoying about it either.
I was surprised by the range of meats available but disappointed with the fact that the rest of the food looked average. The already made sesame beef was chewy and fatty and unlike most people I was not a fan of their eggrolls. I like that they had everything to suit most palettes - meat, chicken, prawns with the heads, octopi and even a cooked dish with jellyfish. The fruit bar was a mixture of canned fruit and fresh sliced melons.
I got the spiced pork, teriyaki beef and teriyaki chicken. After grabbing the meat I headed back to the table to find a pair of tongs, scissors, and a plate of red leaf lettuce waiting for me. The lettuce is for fiber people. haha The rest of the buffet was whatever as far as taste goes but the meat is where it is at.
I don't think that the meat alone is worth $23.99 so I won't be coming back for dinner but look forward to coming back for lunch sometime.
Big, clean, you will definitly wanna come again and again once for a while
I give this place only 3 stars because
I like the food, but the ladies that work there aren't that (fail)....
Food:
1. Me and my friend went last Sat and had 20 ribs (dinner time style) and a plate of spicy pork.
2. One time 4 of my friends had 50 ribs (dinner time style)
Service:
1. The place closes at 10, but they come around at 930 making everyone pay, even if you are still eating... what? come one, let me finish eating. I finished 75% of my meal, do you want me to only pay 75%. gesh. 30 minutes before the place closes is kinda rude IMHO.
2. The time we ate 50 ribs, we got kicked out... because they wanted to close up shop. hahah. Like they literally came around started to turn of the lites. (This happened like 6 years ago)
3. The women that work there dont seem nice like a typical korean restaurant. It's like they don't wanna be there. My all time fav is a place for great service is in Concord. Korean restaurants are supposed to be like going to grandma's house. They should want to feed you and make sure u eat more than you should.
Things you should know:
-Dinner ribs are cut the good way. Lunch ribs are cut the cheap way. If you don't know what I'm talking about, the cheap way is the one with the 3 little bones.
-Lunch, you don't get lettuce to make saum.
-You have to ASK for soft serve
-Don't waste your stomach on their filler food (only newbies people do that)
-Your clothes will stink
-If you have to wait long, hang out at the korean store next door. Definitely the nicest in the area.

boo to palace bbq!
after practically starving, four of us arrived at 2:24 this afternoon for the lunch buffet. we were quickly turned away by the hostess, however! her excuse was that restaurant policy stops seating at 2:45 since the buffet closes at 3pm. after pointing out the time, she still insisted it wasn't enough time for us to finish cooking and eat. then she demanded that we leave!
we basically just stood there in disbelief. our mouths were watering and the aroma of bbq wouldn't let us leave. yet they still turned us away! really... it doesn't take that long to cook let alone for four grown people to hungrily scarf it down!
they should really change the gigantic sign that's plastered at the entrance wall. it clearly states lunch till 3pm... NOT 2:24! false advertisement....
Ditto to what everyone else has said about this place. I loaded up on short ribs and spicy pork.... soooo good! There are a lot of tasty side dishes too. Overall, great food at a good price and I'll be going back.
Great food at a great deal is how I would summarize Palace BBQ. When it comes to all-you-can-eat or buffet food, it's hard to top Korean barbecue, especially this place. All of their barbecue items (beef, chicken, pork, kalbi, etc.) are marinated in great flavors. Their side items (rice, chow mein, veggies, ma po tofu, etc.) are also delicious. All of that for only about $15 for weekday lunch. Saturday lunch is still under $20. After eating lunch here I'm pretty much good for the rest of the day, making it an even better deal!
This place makes me want to buy a dedicated pair of buffet pants. A matching sweater to soak up all the smell of korean BBQ afterwards might be good. OOH or some nice cologne. But seriously, I put up with smelling like smoking hot meat for the rest of the day to get my filling of meat, meat and more meat.
This place has solid BBQ, good sides, and the fact that it's all you can eat rocks. Cooking can be a fun time enjoyed by a party of 4-6.
Word of advice: Pace yourself with picking up food. There's a tendancy among friends to get 2 plates of meat / person at the table. There's no way in hell you can eat that much food when everyone else does the same thing.
Send people out on missions: #1 can be beef guy, #2 can be seafood guy, etc etc... Get a variety and chow down.
Lunch is the best option to save a few bucks since it's nearly half the price of dinner.
This is an above average Korean BBQ Place. The price is a bit on the high side, so I would suggest making use of it as a late lunch. I eat A LOT and I don't know if i can get the bang for your buck out of a dinner. It's a pretty large place, but even then you can have a significant wait time during peak hours.
Sorry, I didnt appreciate the palace. MSG induced heart attack.
ok ok - Im not sure if they DO put msg in their sauces, but man did it feel like it.
The beef was really tender (that was a good thing). The pork ribs were really fatty. The egg rolls & meat balls were good.
I couldnt tolerate anything else. Not to mention - way too pricey for a buffet (canned frint for desert?? come on!!).
None of the sides (except the egg rolls & meat balls) were anything to write home about.
I will not be making another trip to the palace.
WHOA!! for the price, this was awesome!! I am glad that I didn't eat all day until I got here. . . . my friends and I piled our plates with some glorious raw meat. . . actually, my only complaint is that there should be two grills on the table so we could cook faster and eat MORE!! =)
The prepared foods could use some work. . . but I know that next time I will bypass all that stuff so that I can eat more meat. LOL
This place is awesome!
It's even more awesome because I never have to cook the food!
My boyfriend does all the cooking, while I eat :D
I've been here several times and I've always left the place happy, full, and big as a whale. I prefer going here for dinner since there are more selections. And the food are ALWAYS fresh. I super loveee the short ribs! Ohhh weee, delicious and flavorsome! Oh, and don't forget about the spicy pork, beef, marinated chicken, and tripe! It's like meat heaven when I'm here! :o)
The downfall about this place is... they lack a lot skills in the dessert section! Unfortunately! :( And you'll end up smelling like a bbq pork after you leave the restaurant. Boohoo!
My friend and I was driving and saw the restaurant. Since it was dinner time, we decided to stop and try the buffet.
Buffet was filled with a lot of people so that was good sign. They had a lot of choice - beef, chicken, pork, and other meats. They also had ok selection of side dishes. Overall, meat seemed to be good quality.
Food - 3.5
Service - 2.0
Ambiance - 3.0
Everything is super delicious. They have a great selection. The price is right and very clean environment. But please expect to smell like Korean BBQ afterward and don't complain because it does taste very good. Everything taste very fresh and especially it is buffet, so don't worry you'll get filled up. I thought the shrimp didn't look too fresh but when I actually tasted, it was very fresh and marinated. I will come back again and don't forget to check out the Korean supermarket next door and get some fresh salmon to go. : )
Meat heaven!!
They have 3 main tables. 1 table with all the raw meat and seafood...and the other 2 tables were a blur. Fruits and other cooked stuff?
I wish I can describe more of everything, but I think I'm still in food coma....everything is a blur right now. Did it really happen? Did I really eat all that good meat? Was it just a dream?
All I can eat... I did not want to leave!!! I went home having food regrets... I should have ate one more piece of meat....just one more..ok maybe two.
** The other stuff was good too. Fruits & Ice Cream yummm !
I'm not a fan of buffets so I didn't get my money's worth but my boyfriend and his friends definitely stuffed themselves. The meat was tender and tasty. They also have random selection of chinese and western food; fried rice, egg rolls, bak choy, pumpkin soup. Don't expect good service though, I had to get my own tea. Resto is spacious, decent vents, good for big groups. Overall definitely worth a try if you're a meat lover.
Man oh man, how I miss this place so much. Back in the dot-com hay-days when I had an endless travel and expense budget I would always eat at this Korean Palace BBQ during my weekly visits to Silicon Valley. And now those days are gone......but not my love for this Korean BBQ.
I just love the galbi ribs, the fact that you can grill at your table, the clean and wide open spread, plenty of room between tables, the awesome soybean paste, and the fresh sides with sliced garlic. The service was always great and the food was outstanding. There is nothing like this in Austin (unfortunately) as I have to get my Korean BBQ in bits and pieces.
I hope someday to return, and they will have to charge me rent since I will be there ALL DAMN DAY because I just LOVE THIS PLACE!
I ate here last weekend and I had a blast! It's buffet style and each table has its own grill; you can cook the meat right there on the spot! It's a foodie's heaven and a perfect place to take your friends!
The buffet itself was broken into four sections: The first section consisted of an array of raw meats including beef, chicken, pork, seafood and much more! The second had a spread of fruit, salads and cold soups. The third was lined with prepared foods, such as egg rolls, fried rice, sprouts, cucumber salad and kimchi! Lastly, the back wall was lined with steamed rice, mixed bean rice and yummy soups!
After we were seated, we got right down to business and started to grill the meat. The meat itself was so delicious! The short ribs were my favorite! Although the meat didn't appear to be marinated, it was full of flavor and simply mouth-watering! The spicy meat was also tasty. Unfortunately, I wasn't a fan of the marinated teriyaki meat. When compared to the short ribs, it just could not compare, so I stuck with the short ribs, seafood and spicy meat selection. In addition to the meats, my favorites included the squash soup, sprouts, and vegetarian mixed noodles. I had a blast cooking the food, mingling with friends and eating!
Palace BBQ Buffet is an entertaining place to go to if you're looking for a laid-back place to take your friends. The food hits the spot and it's the perfect place to eat and mingle. Enjoy!
For a Korean BBQ place, this was pretty good. I loved the layout of the restaurant. Tables were well spread out giving everyone lots of room to move around.
The meat selection was very good. The short ribs were very tasty. Definitely a restaurant for meat lovers. The grills were a bit small, but that was fine because it gave me a moment to digest to make room for more! :-)
I wish they had a bigger and better dessert selection.
I did not leave smelling like smoke so ventilation must have been good. Overall, this place was great.
I don't think it can get any better than Korean BBQ @ Palace BBQ Buffet.
The bbq here is mouth watering. The short ribs are very tender and delicious. The dessert here isn't all that great, but you come here for the bbq.
The service gets really bad as it approaches 3. They start bugging you and always checking up on you to see if you paid yet. ughh
My girlfriend and I ate at this location several times already( we can't get enough). There is something about this place that makes you want to come back for more, maybe next weekend ;]
Great place to go if you like Korean BBQ. Stay away from this place if you are not a meat lover. Short ribs, Pork Belly, Beef Brisket, Squid, Octopus... You name it, they have it. The cooked dishes are pretty good too. Do not skip those.
This restaurant is always very packed. Even with reservation you still have to wait for a while before getting seated. Don't be surprise if they refuse to seat you until everyone in your party had arrived. Servers were not very attentive. Getting your glasses filled could be difficult at times.
Do not wear your best outfit to dine here. You will smell like your dinner afterward.
Lunch is a much better deal for the price. There are not much difference in terms of selection.
Great Korean Buffet. The meats were very tasty. The grills were kinda small, so that was a bit limitting. But they changed the grill for us when it got crusted with charred food.
All the other reviews already described the food for you.
I think what is dissappointing is the atmosphere. It's kinda got a cheap feel to it. ie you would not go for the ambiance and relax there. Don't take a first date there. When I dine I like to experience the whole package, the service, food, surroundings. So I didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would. It's pretty noisy inside and it smells of smoke, of course. Most of the crowd there seemed like FOBs, which is fine.
It's that typical Asian feel, not too cleanly, no atmosphere, not the greatest service but good food and a decent value.
The place is not all that cheap if you can't or don't want to stuff yourself though.
I came here for my brother's birthday since they have a birthday special where the birthday person gets a free meal. I've been wanting to try this place for a long time, but I never had the patience to wait in the past because I would be starving and the wait was around half and hour or more.
All in all, the food is pretty good. Loads of meat that you get to grill at your table (you are definitely going to smell after!) and some other hot/cold foods available.
The meats were tasty. Well marinated.
The jap chae was pretty good, though there were some bites I had which were a bit bitter.
I really liked the naeng myun (cold noodles) they had. Then again, I am a fan of it in the first place, but it really hit the spot. Tasty, tasty.
Their egg rolls were different, but not bad. There was ground meat inside, less veggies than I'm used to. The wrap was nice and crispy. The spoon in the sweet and sour sauce was sticky, which was a bit of a turn off.
Their seaweed soup was alright, but a bit off putting in appearance. Instead of a broth, the liquid had a gelatinous quality to it because of sitting too long with the seaweed.
I had some of the mixed rice they had available (vs. steamed rice). It had beans, barley, and some other grains in it. I kind of liked it. Reminded me of the purple rice some places have for the health conscious.
The service was so-so. The lady who sat us and took our drink orders was a bit rude. She had this look on her face like, "These people are wasting my time. I'd rather be doing something else." At least that's the vibe I got. Not a friendly smile in sight. I understand the place gets busy and it can get frustrating, but if you can't even crack a smile, you shouldn't be working where customers are involved.
On the other hand, the guy who went around collecting empty plates and cleared off the tables, he was a good guy. He was efficient and nice when asking if we're done with our plates or if we needed to change the metal grill plate. AND he at least smiled the whole time. I would think his job was harder and crappier and he was still personable about it. GO THAT GUY!
I think I'll just come here for lunch because it's not really worth it for dinner, I feel. I didn't eat enough to make the price worth it, but I was still stuffed.
3.5 stars, but I'll put 4 for THAT GUY and the naeng myun.
The food here was fresh and enjoyable, and the service was friendly and fast. The selection of meats to grill is great, too. Starting at three starts, this would bring their rating up to four stars.
Unfortunately, the price for the dinner buffet was much more than I had anticipated, bringing their rating down a star. Lunch prices are around fourteen dollars per person (plus drinks and tax and tip), but dinner is around twenty-six dollars per person. I would have been comfortable with paying around fifteen or sixteen dollars for dinner at Palace BBQ. Their current prices are simply too high for the style of food being served (especially considering it's mostly self-service).
I will probably go back to Palace BBQ for lunch, but never again for dinner.

My younger brother was in town and he's never had Korean BBQ so I had to remedy that void in his life.
I've been to this place a few years ago and it's still the same .. a meat lovers dream.
Service is quick, the place can hold a good amount of ppl so it's not a bad wait.
Staff was very friendly and prompt.
Standard Korean bbq stuff but they also have octopus and squid. Most places are shady on the meat but this place lets you get what you want and doesn't hover around.
I like it that it's not stingy on the meat and the kalbi is awesome since they roll it up ... must help keep it from drying up or something.
If your Korean BBQ and All You Can Eat. This is the place for you!
You can't give this place any less that 5 stars. It's a carnivores dream to come here. The beef is really good, they have other stuff if you like, like chicken, beef, pork, beef, shrimp, beef. I sense, there's beef here.
There's other food items there too, like soups, cooked food, which isn't bad either.
Place is clean, they change the grill for you when it's all charred up and clean up the unwanted dishes promptly.
So if you have friends that love to cook their own food, and just sit back and chat with your friends and family, of course eat a lot. This is the place for you.
FYI - your clothes will smell like BBQ when you leave the restaurant.
