This was my first time using Pacifico Valet; I found them with a Google web search for PHL airport parking. It is a great idea; you drive your car to the valet, then the valet drives you, in your car, to the airport terminal. They then return the car to their secured lot and keep it there until you return.
We arrived at about 11:00 AM; by about 11:10, we were checked in and the driver was taking wife, daughter and to our terminal. Curbside, he unloaded all of our luggage and drove our car off. I will admit to having that sinking, "boy, I sure hope we aren't stuck for an hour waiting for our car when we get back" feeling.
We returned a week later, claimed our bags and called the valet service at about 11:00 PM. They told us where to look for the driver, and that it would be a few extra minutes because it had been raining. 15 minutes later, the driver pulls up with our vehicle and we're off. I'll note here that we opted for the 'drive-away valet' option, which costs $10. That is so we didn't have to take the complimentary shuttle back to Pacifico to claim our car; the driver just brought it to us.
I have NEVER had an easier time getting out of PHL unless I was using short-term parking. I will never use a car service again. I will never use a regular off-site lot again. This is THE way to get in and out of the airport, particularly if you're dealing with kids and lots of bags. Bravo!
I've been using Pacifico Valet for years and have never had a problem. Drivers are courteous and helpful. Always pick you up promptly upon flight arrival. They offer a new option for a few dollars extra a day, you can leave the airport immediately when they bring you your car rather than having to drive them back to Pacifico. It's worth it after a long flight!
