I really like this place. I've been to a couple other tanning places, but the prices and the service here is way better. The girls are concerned with the customer's needs and make sure you're satisfied.
A great place to get that golden look for the summer. -

In general this place is good - until you go to cancel your membership they make it extremely inconvenient and difficult. I'm currently pregnant and want to cancel my membership - I cannot do this in the store - however, I have to send a certified letter with return receipt with my 30 day notice! certified letter! and who uses the post office anymore?
How ridiculous, talk about inconveniencing customers and delaying their customers so that they can just rake in another month of dues!
The girl at the counter told me it would just cost $1 or $2 to do this -nope, it's $5.59 plus my gas and time to go to the post office. Just charge a cancellation fee and keep the money yourself - $5, $10, $20 or whatever and do the cancellation in the store.
This makes me not want to return after my pregnancy!!!
