Pacific Motor Works Inc
4 reviews for Pacific Motor Works Inc
I tried these guys because they're close to my house and Auto-Tech ripped me off royally on my last visit.
I'm on the fence, but will try them again. They just did a routine oil change and fixed my alignment, that was all fine except my VW (which did not have this problem prior) is now dripping oil.
And they quoted me $300 to change my breaks, which we did at home in 40 minutes and $80 for the breaks from Napa.
I'll update this after I visit them again.
RUN FOR YOUR LIFE- Paul Eisenberg & Pacific Motor Works
are the BIGGEST rip off. Dozen & dozen of better busniness complaint.
dozen & dozen of court cases. This guy have been ripping people off for years. Just ask anyone around the island!!!
The place is for sale on the internet, owes the state & IRS
$100,000 of dollars, can't pay its bills.
The took my deposit on my transmission said it was back ordered
for 3 months. When I called the suppplier they had never even ordered it.
They make you wave your right to estimates, take your credit card
and make false charges. Check with Visa & Master Card
they have had ten of thosands in charge backs from ripping people off!!!
I took my BMW there for minor service and I was surprised at how fast everything was done this place is top notch... This was the first time I have ever had to take one of my cars to a mechanic and it was a great experience PMW has been around for a long time and was recommended highly I am surprised there wasn't any reviews about them.. It was a great experience its hard to find reliable fast service these days and especially being a girl I was nervous that they would take advantage or something like that.. But they are very honest and sincere not just out to try and take all your money.... They deal with a lot of high end and foreign cars.. So if you need your car fixed I highly recommend them.... I informed them I was writing a review and they told me to tell anyone to mention my name Gianna and they will take good care of you....
This place is terrible! I took my car there to get fixed and three days later they called me to pick up the car and they hadn't even touched the car for the problem I brought it in for. They did however inspect the entire car for me and charged me $175. They told me to fix my problem it would cost $2000. I went home purchased a simply relay and fixed it myself for $35.
Ask around about these guys, they are known for being terrible. If you want a good laugh read their contract when you drop the car off. You have to sign off that you will pay for any work they do even if they don't give you a quote or you don't ask for it! If you have a foreign car take it to auto-tech in wailuku or lahaina foreign auto.
