Just got back from my appointment and had a great experience. I got the Groupon for the teeth whitening system. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I skipped the x-ray but it was included in the price. I also got pictures of my mouth taken, and one weird thing, they took a picture of me. Anyway, the dentist just came in and basically said "hi." This was not a cleaning or a routine visit. I went in, did the molds (which were to make trays that are only partial trays, they don't cover all your teeth,) and was out. The dental hygienist was awesome and super sweet. Getting my trays next week. Great deal, nice place, cutting edge equipment, great staff.

The best dental experience I have ever had. From the greeting at the door to my departure, everything was top notch!
Laura gave me a tour of the beautiful, clean and high-tech facility, Grace took care of me in the lobby, Anissa checked me in and checked me out with friendly professionalism, then Dr. Schwartzman wowed me with his friendly and humorous professionalism. Never thought I would say that visiting the dentist was a pleasurable experience... until now! 5-stars all the way!! -

First of all I hate to go to the dentist even if it is just for having my teeth whitened. When I arrived yesterday morning I made sure to tell them that I am not a good patient. I am very anxious and I was I afraid that my gums would be burned but they assured me all would be well and they were especially careful to make sure everything was covered except for my teeth.
Although spending an hour with my mouth pried open with a light contraption staring into my teeth was a bit tortuous...I really like the results.
Thanks Dr. Natvig...I told you I would give you a referral.
[BTW ignore the map yelp is showing it is wrong. It is actually located all the way to the back of the complex on Aviation just South of Rosecrans...across from REI] -

Dr. Natvig is a great dentist, and has been for about 40 years! I'm dating myself. When I was young, he actually used hypnotism on me successfully so that he wouldn't need to use as much anasthesia. That was really something--floating above town in an induced fantasy, oblivious to drills buzzing at my molars.
I haven't gone to Dr. Natvig in many years because I don't live in his area, but other dentists have complimented what a good job he has done on my crown.
I remember Dr. Natvig as a caring and intelligent man who did great dental work. You'll like him.
