Hi Dr. Joe:
From Rosie in the front to Sarah in the back, it's a pleasure working with your staff.
However, Felecia deserves special recognition because cleaning my teeth, and related activities, play such an important role in my dental health.
Felecia is professional, hard working, knowledgeable, meticulous and like yourself supportive. These qualities make a big difference for someone like myself who is working hard to keep his mouth healthy.

I have been going here for the better part of two years. Based on a recommendation of my girl friend. I appreciate the Dr. Joe and Dr. terri and their staff. They are no pressure and no upsale. Just straight facts and options. Rosey is the best when trying to reschedule and schedule your appointments.
I would totally give them a 5 but lets be honest it is the Dentist aka the Torturist and therfore cannot receive a 5. -

Years after years (7 in fact!), appointments after appointments (every 6 months) - consistent professional, helpful, kind, efficient and wonderful experiences every time. Thanks so much for being our dentists, hygentists, office staff - we'd chose you over and over again :)

I just switched over to PB Dentistry and I am so happy with this place. There are so many positive things to say about my experiences so far. The first time I went there, I parked in a spot that would be ticketed for street sweeping and they are courteous enough to put a sign on their door cautioning their customers of this. Their thoughtfulness prevented me from getting a ticket, which i thought was great customer service. I have been there 4 times now, and each time they have seen me right away and I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. I cannot tell you how many hours I have spent waiting in other dentist offices. HUGE plus. This to me says they are really great at handling and maintaining their business. Their front desk staff is always so friendly and helpful and always make the experience feel better. I have had Terri for all my visits except the last one, and I think she is great. I had cavities filled and she was thorough and the fillings were flawless when I left. She is extremely friendly and helpful, too. Today I had her husband help me and he was so informative, and went above and beyond answering the questions I had, that it pretty much put me in a good mood for the rest of the day. I was worried about my teeth the night before, and I no longer have those worries because he took the time to really answer my questions and offer great tips and advice for taking better care of m teeth. Terri has been great about informing me on ways to take care of my teeth too that I wasn't doing prior to seeing her. Their office is beautiful, they are a great couple who have made a great establishment. I recommend them 100%. I have NEVER left a dentist office feeling so pleased they way I have theirs.

Going to the dentist is generally a sucky experience. By sucky, I mean most people would rather enjoy prolonged quality time with their in-laws and bratty kids (simultaneously), be buried to the neck in dirt and eaten head-first by hungry ants, or be probed in sensitive places by aliens.
Going to Dr. Joe and Dr. Terri at PB Dentistry is, in sharp contrast to the above, not remotely sucky. It's akin to seeing good friends at the beach, eating a great fish taco, or winning at craps in Vegas. Much more pleasant, to say the least.
Joe and Terri know their stuff and they completely sympathize with any hesitation you might have about their craft. To that end, they've made their beautiful new office into a great experience at all levels. It's bright, airy and comfortable with TVs and cordless headphones for each dental chair. As dentists, Joe and Terri are not about to push needless procedures down your throat (pun intended) - when they do recommend something, it's because you need it, and they'll do everything they can to make it cost-effective and more importantly, as painless as possible (usually both).
Someone also mentioned that PB Dentistry is a great place for kids, and I couldn't agree more. Terri and Joe have been taking care of my two kids since they were old enough to have teeth, and both my kids adore them.
So, unless you are one of the minority that apparently enjoys being probed by aliens or spending time with nasty in-laws or bratty kids, give PB Dentistry a chance - you won't be sorry. -

Excellent dental office! Dr. Joe was super cool, friendly, explained everything. The office itself is a classy joint. Got referred there by a coworker.. I have metlife insurance and they did me up nice and good. Don't forget to floss!

Dr. Terri and Dr. Joe are fantastic. I had the pleasure of having them both work on my teeth on two separate occasions. Dr. Terri took the time to poke around and ask plenty of questions in an effort to make sure that she got to the root of the problem before starting any work. She did a fantastic job and got rid of the pain. I went in couple weeks later to have Dr. Joe finish up the job and the experience was just as pleasurable: something you hardly say when visiting a dentist.
They have a great office with a great staff. I love the fact that they are not playing boring elevator music, like most dentists and offices do, either. I would highly recommend this dentistry office to anyone who's looking for a great dentist that goes above and beyond to get the job done and, more importantly, do it right. -

For some reason I had a horrible time trying to find a dentist I liked in San Diego...I'm very happy I found this place!
My husband recommended this place to me and I've been very impressed with them. Everyone is very nice and I've had both dentist (Dr. Joe and Teri) work with me, they were great. They really took the time to get to know me... They talked to me, actually stopped working on my teeth, and listened to my reply! I was amazed!!! How many times do dentists or assistants ask questions then never take their hand out of your mouth so you can answer? I've never had a dentist stop what he or she was doing so I could answer until I came here.
What I like most about this place is the dentists act like they have time to spend with you. They aren't in the room for 1 second then running to the next patient. You know how some Doctors just view you as another patient they have to see before they run to the next patient, ugh! I hate that! At this office they treat you like a person and take the time to make sure all your needs are met while making you feel comfortable
It's a husband and wife that works together, they seem to make a good team and offer good patient care.
I had an issue with a cavity hurting after having it filled. They got me in right away for a check up. They took X-rays, examined it, and reassured me it was ok, and were compassionate about my concerns. They
did this for free, I thought I may have to pay for an office visit but didn't : )
The office is clean, I've never had to wait too long for my appointment, and they have parking in the back!
My husband, brother, a couple friends, and of course myself go here. I always recommend this place to people... Everyone likes them and always impressed. -

I am so mad, I just switched my dental insurance to GEHA in order to go to this dentist and they just stopped accepting it. Now I have no dentist and a huge monthly bill I am locked into for a year.

After moving to San Diego years ago and going from Dentist to Dentist, I found everything I was looking for in PB Dentistry. Dr. Joe and Dr. Terri are very knowledgeable and do a great job on my teeth.
For years I was torn as to whether I should get braces to straighten my teeth, Dr. Joe advised me that my answer could be invisaline. He clearly explained the process, the pros and cons and what the expectations should be. I could not be more pleased.
Additionally, if you have kids, this is your place. Both Dr. Joe and Dr. Terri are great with kids. I have a hard time brushing my 3 year-olds teeth but when she goes to see Dr. Joe, she opens wide and smiles!
The practice recently moved and has all of the latest and greatest technology.
I highly recommend. See look at my smile :-) -

I would highly recommend this place. I don't even live in PB anymore and I keep coming back. The staff is super friendly. You don't have to worry about parking and its a brand new super clean facility. I went to one dentist in PB and he told me I needed 3 fillings, so I went here to get a second opinion and I didn't need one. They are not out to rape your pocket book what so ever. I LOVE this place and I recommend it to all my friends and co-workers.

I would like to advise anyone and or everyone in the San Diego area that going to Pacific Beach Dentistry would be not in your best interest, as it is the worst place of business that I have ever encounter in my entire life.... I have lived in 5 different cities and am personally related to a dentist and he would never conduct business or treat and his patients the way I have been treated.
From walking in the front door, signing papers that are very ambiguous pertaining to their billing policies which are ludicrous. The person in charge of the front office is like a vulture.... This dentist wants his money upfront before the dental work is even completed. Secondly check your insurance coverage as I caught them in a lie about what was to be covered by insurance verses my out of pocket expense...
I could go on forever about this experience, but this dental practice is not worth my time nor energy.... -

Was referred by a friend who couldn't say enough good things about Dr. Joe Snider and Pacific Beach Dentistry. Now I see why! He taught me more about dental hygiene in my first visit than in all other previous visits combined with other dentists. Everyone in the office is super friendly, and he has a great personality that makes you forget your sitting in the dentist chair.
He explained everything as he was doing it. And he even personally did my cleaning on the first visit. There was full transparency with the insurance company and what they were charging. Super friendly staff, nice and new clean office, and overall just a great experience. I definitely recommend anyone go there. This is what going to the dentist should be like. -
