I just bought my Audi A4 from Pacific Audi this weekend and I could not be happier with the purchase and process. From the moment I called Chris Prodromides about the car and asked for a quote to the moment I drove off the lot with the car the service I received was excellent. When I came in to pick up my car, Angel walked me through everything. He went over each and every button and made sure I knew how to work everything. He even drove my car with me in it and explained the different driving functions etc. Angel also gave me his cell # and told me to call him any time if I have ANY questions after the purchase...even if it was "how do I work this button?" I felt like they really cared about my satisfaction even after they knew I was going to purchase the car (even though they know I will most likely service my car elsewhere since I live in Orange County).
The purchasing process was also easier than I imagined. The price quoted on the phone was exactly what I walked out paying. They didn't try to scam me into buying anything unnecessary. I felt completely comfortable the whole time.
I will be recommending all my friends to this dealership or other LAcarguy dealerships in the future!!

I came with my mother to shop around for an Audi. I was there a maximum of 20 minutes and not one sales associate greeted us. NONE.

Yes they were seemingly occupied with other customers, but don't treat us as ghosts or lepers. You could definitely do better.

    Disappointed.

They need to shut down like the other dealerships nearby.

Just picked up my Q5 and love it.  Jacob Fowler is the nicest and most honest sales person I've ever worked with.  I'm sure everyone there is great but Jake is the best.  He knows more about Audi than most.
I won't be needing servicing for a while I guess so I'll update my experience with the service department when the time comes.
    Love my Audi.

When Yelp describes their 5 star rating-it is described as "As Good As It Gets". These guys deserve that distinction. I bought my A6 from these gentlemen last night and could not be happier with the service, environment, and extent these fellas went to ensuring I was taken care of. I test drove roughly ten cars before landing at Pacific Audi and had some pretty bad experiences along the way. I absolutely must highlight the salesperson who helped me-Gino. A class act, well educated, and knew the slight nuances someone (like me) might pay attention to. Gino is at the used car lot and I recommend him to all of my Yelpers out there. When making a big purchase like this-everything counts. Joe, I believe his name was-the finance manager-also a stand up guy.

From the moment I called in, walked in, and drove off the lot--I was taken care of. One thing I'll point out is that I also arrived near closing and many of the staff had to stay late to help process my deal. No one gave me any silly glares, bad energy, or commented on it at all. Gino knew the Audi up and down-didn't miss a beat when I was asking my list of questions and even brought up specifics about the car I didn't know to ask about.

He stayed in the lobby for an hour while I was signing the final paperwork with the finance manager and the lot was closed to see me off in the car. THAT is part of exemplary service. His demeanor didn't change when he knew he had a sure deal and made sure to be extra helpful at the end. The first person I saw was him and the last person I saw was him. Salespeople take note-this is how you sell a product. The greater majority of the time--the customer is buying you.

The used cars salesmen treat you much better than the new cars salesmen. Even if you are the first one to bring a car for service in the morning, and they say there are over five loaners to borrow, you can forget it, because you will very rarely get one. The extended warranty is not worth, don't purchase. Actually, do not purchase any extras. And, unless the service is complimentary and you are willing to pay for a rental, take the car somewhere else. They have a lot to learn about treating customers with respect there.

When a customer walks into a car showroom with a checkbook in his pocket ready to buy a car, there's no way an organization would let that customer leave without writing that check, right?  Wrong!  Not at Pacific Audi.  Our salesman did all the right things and really teed up the deal for us -- when he introduced me to his general manager.  Arrogance doesn't even describe this guy's attitude.  I either paid their top price or they wouldn't do business with me.  I was incredulous.  I was willing to go very close to it but he stood pat.  The salesman was looking on in disbelief in how inflexible his GM was.  I told him on several occasions that I wanted to buy a car that day.  Didn't seem to phase him.  I got up to leave and there was not attempt to keep me there.  Bottom line --  I walked and went down the street and had a very pleasurable experience at the BMW dealership and bought a car that day.  Audi, you missed out!

2 times now we've tried to buy higher end S models from this dealer... both times sales people were friendly & helpful, but we were left cold by sales managers & finance people who want to pad the real cost of the car by hiding extra $$ in the deal. Both times we went elsewhere & found much better deals, with less hassle.

BOTTOM LINE: the workers are nice, but don't expect management to allow them to give you a very good price. If they show you the invoice, it's padded, guaranteed, as the invoice shown to us by other dealers had a bottom line lower than Pacific.

We did not buy our Q7 from this dealership, they have a smaller inventory versus other dealerships, but they do have some nice cars.  However, I do get my car serviced here.

The staff is all really friendly. Today I worked with a Service Advisor named Adam Berger, he exemplifies what this place is about, superior service.  Adam was friendly and well informed about everything.  My experience was great, the area also has several locations you can go within walking distance if you are looking to kill some time, i.e. The Coffee Bean.  I was also offered a loaner car while mine was getting tuned, talk about service.

If you live in the South Bay and want first rate dealership service, this is your spot.

Bought a CPO (Certified Pre Owned) A4 today. Most painless experience. I was gearing up for some old school car salesman nightmare. The guy I dealt with (Rick) was professional, attentive but not pushy. I drove off with the car in about 1.5 hours.
They financed me at 1.9% and all in all, it was a great used car buying experience.
The price was great (and I had done extensive online research using edmunds, JD Power and Associates, CarMax, ebay, craigslist, kbb, etc) and the service was excellent.
All their CPO cars come with a 6 yr 100K warranty which is of great value too.

I came with my parents because I wanted a free water. We were pretty much inquiring. A few of the models caught my eye. I really have a thing for the RS4. Supercharged V6 not bad, but it was smaller than I imagined. Next option would be the RS6. It's a gas guzzler for sure!

It's a very small dealership! We couldn't even find parking! What upset me most, was the inventory! Seems like inventory in every dealership is dwindling nowadays. How can you even inquire, when they have nothing for you to inquire upon? People want options, give them options!

After a few minutes of looking, we were being helped by Tony. He's a pretty good salesman. He's really knowledgeable, at the same time he wasn't pushy and has a great attitude. Definitely someone I'd buy from and do business with. If we lean more towards the Audi, I'll be sure to ask for him. Then again, we were just looking, and I was very impressed by his service!

This dealership is top notch.  This is the first place I ever bought a car where I can say I didn't find my salesperson to be slimy.  I have also been very impressed with the service department.  Very professional and punctual.  They are great about giving loaners if you need one while your care is being serviced.  I highly recommend all around, 5 stars!

Really nice salesman Jacob Fowler. Had a little trouble finding the exact car I wanted because I was very specific. He searched all over California. I know because I am, for the most part, inherently distrustful of car salesman and so I also did my own search and compared it to what he found.
Nowadays you can get so much information online about invoice vs msrp pricing that it's nice to find a salesman that respects that and doesn't try to deceive you.
Overall really great experience at this dealership.

Terrible service. I called up to get the oil changed on my TT. I went to them because I was told $80 over the phone and it would take an hour. When I arrived they asked for $150 and told me to come back in 3 hours. When I asked for my car back they gave me a hard time about walking out. They were aware I was a new costumer and in less than ten minutes they made me feel the urge to never return and to steer others away

Purchased a so-called NEW 2012 Audi Q5, it has 2 dents caused by the dealership that I didn't notice until 3 weeks later. They did not perform a walkthrough of the car and because it was night time it would not have been spotted due to the location. Spoke to Fred and Bernie about it, very nice guys but they and the dealership refuse to assume any responsibility. Even after submitting solid evidence that it occurred on their premises. Spoke to Audi corporate and they don't want to do anything because it's a dealership issue. I paid for a new pristine vehicle received damage goods. Shop elsewhere where sales and ownership walk the walk and not just talk the talk. This was my first and last Audi I ever purchase.

I bought an Audi TT base model from this dealership new in 2009. The sales experience was just ok. With Audi and BMW you are never going to negotiate into a great deal----- both companies don't need to deal, really, so the best hope is that you won't overpay. Do your homework, includiing shopping on the internet and you'll be fine. The lady who I was referred to for the final paperwork review and "extras" routine tried diligently to sell me everything, and when I declined, she seemed a bit put out, but  that's not my problem!

As for service, I think the dealership is very good. 3 of 4 times I have been given a loaner, and the other time Audi paid for my rental car for three days. They have always called to notify me when the car is due for service, and they get me in within 3 days or sooner upon calling for an appointment. They have fixed everything I have asked for---- brake squealing, vibrations, etc. without charge.

The employees are nice, and I have no complaints about their attitudes.
Incidenmtally, I will sell the car when the three year service warranty is up because of the costs of major repairs, but the car I have has been great!

Despite the fact that I was a repeat customer (on my 3rd Audi), J.S. from the service team was rude and blamed my car problems on user errors. I obviously have a knowledge barrier so they are supposed to be helpful, not vindictive! I was told my engine issues (wheezing noises, shutting off while in drive, ignition failures, unusually high engine oil consumption rate (I'm talking a refill every 3-4 weeks)), were normal (?) and a result of the fact that I didn't use premium gasoline. The negative consequences seemed disproportionate and my previous car of the same model hadn't had the problem before. I requested that they at least initiate an oil consumption test but upon pickup, I found myself with nothing but a $150 charge for an oil change I never asked for and a "challenge" to see what difference premium gasoline would make because "when you made a decision to get an audi, you should've prepared to always use premium gasoline." When I complained, he guilt tripped me for not showing up to a service appointment at another dealer and not remembering details of my last oil change (which was carried out by another family member while I was overseas). You know what, life happens. And my car is not my life. FYI, the engine problems persisted even after I actually tried using premium gasoline from there on out. Fail.

(A BIG) HOWEVER, I have to admit that my recent sales experience with Shaun was fantastic! People do seem to have positive experiences with this dealership as a whole. He jumped through burning hoops to get me the exact car I wanted and was friendly, approachable, patient, and helpful. None of that overly greasy Audi dealer swagger. He didn't just rely on the car or brand to sell itself and negotiated to make the process quick, dirty, and painless. I highly recommend Shaun! He definitely restored my faith in Pacific Audi. I am beyond satisfied with my Q5. Full disclosure: free In-n-out burgers during my wait didn't hurt ;)

Perhaps I shouldn't bring the entire dealership down because of ONE sales person, but the experience was rather on the down side.

Waited for some 15mins before someone from the office came out to greet us. This someone, whom I presume is a manager, has been looking at us behind his glass window (and I can see him as well) for 15mins. Hmm...if I were him, I would have installed one-way mirrored windows.

Next, the sales person. 31 years of selling cars and still selling cars and he finally posed the magic question "So what do I have to do to get you a car today?"

I replied "Don't use that on me." And he kept quiet for a good while.

    Bleh.

But at least he let me test drove two models...

I took my lil A4 in for service last week and wow did this service department wow me! They were thorough, they were polite, they were accommodating... really did an excellent job.

My only little complaint is that when we went over the list of "recommended service" they didn't help me understand the things that would be beneficial and the things that could be optional... I understand that the hope is to generate revenue, but I had to make an additional call to my Dad to find out what things I really should get done. :-/ Anyway, it was great experience anyway and they did exactly what I asked for in a very timely manner.

    Ill be back!

I purchased my latest car with Kevin and Byron, both extremely helpful, patient, and easy to work with. I found the vehicle advertised online so it wasnt long after the test drive that we went straight to negotiating. Kevin is a pleasure to do business with, very personable, doesnt pressure or try to be slick (and I know because I myself am in sales and know the tricks) These guys are just straightforward and level. We stayed there pretty late after hours, until about 11 and still, there was no rush or pressure. It was a great experience. Everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them. Kevin is super helpful, and he makes sure the experience is great from beginning to end, even helping transition my possessions from my trade in car to the new one. Good people!

So the guys a Pacific Audi...they got me back on Yelp for a 5 star upgrade. Okay I've read the one star and two star reviews out there but I must say...my experience at Pacific Audi has been nothing short of 5 stars.

So the story starts with girl working late on a friday...girl gets into car...car freaks out and goes kaput....girl freaks out!

During my panic attack I remember that Pacific Audi is right around the corner from my gig. Its way past 6pm but I call them praying that some will be there to save me. Yes someone was there...cute sales manager guy with Aussi accent answers. He tells me bring the car here and we'll figure it all out.  Well I manage to get my barely driving car to them and boy did they figure it all out.

I know my car will get fixed but Im wondering how am I gonna get that 25 miles home. Well Mr. Aussie accent guy takes the time to deal with my problem. He's not even a service dude...hes working late on a Friday doing paper work and sales related stuff.  He stops what he's doing, goes online to rent me a car at the airport (airport b/c thats the only rental place open at that hour) and arranges for the Audi detailer to give me a ride to pick up the rental. If thats not customer service I dont know what is.

The next day it only gets better. The service department calls me 1st thing in the morning to explain to me whats wrong with the car. It happens to be some recalled part that needs to be replaced. No biggie. The biggie is that I also needed new brakes and new tires. Well service bent over backwards to get me the best price on my tires. I had worn them to the point of seperation and rather than have me drive down the street to get them at a more competitive price...they went ahead and nearly matched the competitors price for me.

The best thing was the rental car return. After picking up my newly repaired car all I had to do was leave the rental with Pacific Audi and they made sure it was returned to Enterprise with no additonal drop off fees.

Im so happy with the service I get there that I plan on going right to Pacific Audi to buy another car.  If every company took a page from Pacific Audi's customer service manual than more businesses would stay alive they are like the Nordstroms of car dealers.

My experience here has been bittersweet.  Ryan Shipton was my salesman during the purchase of my A5. He was great. We negotiated for over an hour and agreed and shook on a final price. BUT...the regional manager came out and tried to jack me up another couple thousand bucks! Unbelievable. We argued for a while and finally came to an agreement (that was higher than the agreed upon price) because the adds I had wanted for the car were rare, and that exact model was harder to get a hold of than I thought. Besides the experience I absolutely LOVE my car. Good thing was there is a new regional manager there now, and he seems much more professional and accommodating than the last...

My first service at Pacific was very disappointing.  I showed up for my first scheduled oil change at 5,000 miles for a routine check-up and paid for a wash & wax, and interior cleaning.  I told the audi service representative I was hearing a slight vibration on the driver side in some songs during low volume. When my service was finished I asked him if he had fixed the rumble and he told me he couldn't find the issue and since it was rumbling on low volume, to just turn up my music louder so I couldn't hear it! Sketch. The oil change went smooth as far as I know. Now with the wash. Keep in mind I keep my car spotless and treat it as if it was my own offspring, so there wasn't much they could do interior wise except maybe some vacuuming.  Exterior was done rather well, interior was a joke. I sat in my car and was sliding around everywhere because of all the excess leather conditioning that was left on.  It was EVERYwhere.  I guess you can call me a nazi, but it was done really carelessly.  The new regional manager came out when he heard about my situation, he told me to come in the next day if I was still unhappy (which I was) and he did a new wash and interior clean for free (which was done right).  Classy. Really appreciated his gesture. But when picking up my car, they couldn't find my paperwork and made me wait for 35 minutes....

My overall experience was below average, and I would not recommend bringing your car for a interior clean here especially if your car is new. Bring your car to a place that specialized specifically in detailing or do it yourself.

I couldn't imagine ever coming back to Pacific Audi. I contacted the dealership 3 days ago and spoke to Edwin. I explained to him that I was interested in a Q5 and informed him of my parameters and financial possibilities. In an effort to not waste anybody's time, I wanted to know if I was even in the ballpark to continue a line of communication. After 3 days and 7 or 8 calls Edwin assured me that he could make my numbers work. I finally drove 30 minutes to meet with him. After greeting me, he left for 40 minutes and drove my car WITHOUT permission to the lot across the street. Upon his return, he said that he now needed to speak to his manager. I'm not sure what part of " I only have a little over an hour" he failed to comprehend. I'm pregnant and due to his lack of consideration for others' time, I had to postpone my Dr's appointment (and made the call in front of him and his collegue); all in hopes of coming to some sort of resolution. Precisely an hour and a half after I sat down he came back to me with numbers that were NO WHERE close to what we had spoken about. In fact, it was rather insulting that he had taken advantage of my time to produce numbers that couldn't have been more off. He asked me to put down an additional $8k more for a down, raised my monthly payments by $30, increased my lease term from 36 to 42 months, reduced the yearly mileage from 15k miles to 10k miles AND had the audacity to ask me to also trade in my car. Really? What part of our first 7 conversations did you not understand? Also important to note is that he had told me that the loyalty program rewarded audi owners with $2k....which is a complete lie. How about $750 for loyalty? I called him out on it and he said that the "promotion" ended yesterday; that's odd given that I called 2 additional Audi dealerships "yesterday" and both corrected his amount. Realizing that he was digging himself into a deeper hole, he brought his manager Bernie; a nice guy and clueless to how I had been grossly mislead. Bernie apologized and offered to try to get me into a vehicle. This time, they asked me to trade in my newer more expensive car!!!! yeah I don't think so. We are going to get the Q5, but we will NOT be getting it from Pacific Audi. If it's this hard to get good customer service when buying a car, I can't imagine how terrible it will be bringing it in for service.

I couldn't imagine ever coming back to Pacific Audi. I contacted the dealership 3 days ago and spoke to Edwin Arrendondo. Realizing that he was digging himself into a deeper hole, he brought his manager Bernie Clare; a nice guy and clueless to how I had been grossly mislead.

I was told by a friend to give Pacific Audi a try even though I live in OC - that "it would be worth it".  With little notice I set up an appointment with the Sales Manager Chris and was treated professionally and with respect during the whole process.    We were intrioduced to the entire line, with multiple test drives to find the model that best suited us and then when we settled on the Q5 I was amazed at the in stock inventory that made choosing our new car easy, rather than looking at an inventory-to-come sheet.  They offered me many incentives that I was not even aware of from special financing to credits for switching from our exisiting BMW.  They worked to find us the best trade in value possible to make the numbers a win-win for me.  It was worth the drive there to be treated with a possitive and sucessful car buying experience.

    *** G'eez, what a tough week ... ;(( ***

    first AT&T zings me w/ a $550 overage,
now Pacific Audi wants ... wait for it ...
wait for it ... $3K to repair an 2008 A3!

    yeap, i said $3000 for a battery ($400)
and a clutch ($2600).  car is just 21mo
old w/ 41K miles. Service said that the
"warranty does not cover wear items".

ever seen the old '70s film "Network"?
well the news anchor tells America to
open their window, and yell at the top
of their lungs "I'm mad as hell and I'm
not gonna take this shit anymore"!!!
yeap, i'm channeling an old '70s film
to express my eff'n feelings this week.

    where has corporate responsibility and
    good customer service gone?  India?
i'm certainly not finding it here lately.

i called Audi HQ for a customer advocate
to investigate this matter.  she offered a
15% discount but i verified (by 3rd party)
that the repair ain't even necessary!?! ;(
Service tried to scam me for a $2600
    clutch/flywheel that i didn't even need.

time to start writing the CEO to the Nader and
others b/c this dealer is pathetically corrupt.

The dealership was very friendly and they got the car we wanted, but although we agreed on a price over the phone, it was not to be true when we arrived at the dealership.  The salesman showed us the quote which included THREE hidden fees from Audi that totaled approximately another $1000.00!!!  The salesman acted liked he could do nothing about it since it was fees from Audi not the dealership.  Since we were given $1000.00 off the price just for financing, we went with it.  But, we did not leave with a good taste in our mouth especially since we were not planning on financing.  GET THE TOTAL COST INCLUDING ALL FEES AND TAXES BEFORE RETURNING OR GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP.

I've been here several times to look at cars with my boyfriend. The times that we've been here, we were never greeted at all by the sales dept. One time we talked in to look at the Audi Q7 in the showroom, got no help a saleman was busy showing it to someone else. The other time we walked in the showroom and out the door to look at the cars on the side lot and surely again no one came out to see what we were interested in. I was so mad because I wanted someone to help us that we left.

Pacific Audi's another excellent service advisor Marc has been helping me last few visits.... very professional, courteous....
however i dont know whats going on service bay......
service technicians not completing the screw the metal pan staged between axle and rotor, not installing the under-carriage plastic shield.
coming back for fix these problems, wasting my valuable work time.... unacceptable.... my profession is corresponding with U.S. DOT and CHP for safety related...heavy liability issue there if my car fails on the road causing accident due to technicians fails to screw parts of vehicles that should be screwed....

I only took my audi for a routine check up, but the staff there was extremely friendly.  I was able to make an appointment online and when I called to change my appointment time they answered their phone promptly and courteously.  Everything went smoothly and I even stayed a little longer after my car was done being serviced to catch the end of an NFL game on their plasma tv.  I live in Irvine and it's worth it for me trek up to Torrance to service my car here.

Worst dealer i have ever seen. The sales men are looking to rip people off wanted to charge me 785 with 2000 down on a lease of a 49k car. BMW will charge the same on a 60k car, with full service included. Sales men say they will call you back but never do. Do not try and buy a car from Fred Vand, Gino , or the sales manager Bernie Clare, They think if they laugh at a realistic price they might get a sale. going out to buy my BMW today. Thanks Pacific Audi for making up my mind.

Brought my A3 in to check a commonly known issue involving a part that prematurely wears.  So common in fact that Audi released a service bulletin extending the warranty and would cover any repairs if it fails.  They took it apart to find that it had in fact failed... then told me that someone had been in there and "drilled a hole in it" so it's not covered under the warranty.  Excuse me?  No one has touched it.  So after a call to AoA and much debate, they sided with the dealer and I had to pay for the replacement and labor... they also quoted me $2600 to replace everything that it damaged that should also be covered under the warranty.  I took the piece to another dealer and they laughed when I told them what Pacific Audi said.  They told me it was normal and they would have covered it under the warranty no question.  This was not the first time taking my car here, but it will be my last! I don't trust their judgement.  Not to mention being accused of drilling an internal part of my engine.

This place sucks.  They apparently cannot fix; they can only replace.  That's why everything cost so much.  The service staff is unpersonable, and if you don't own anything above an A4, they ignore you.  That's why I'm so glad I got rid of my A4.  Lexus all the way!
