I live in the neighborhood. I feel this place is too hip for me. Well it's not.--Well,it's -yes-too hip for me but the fine barista guy is really nice to me on a Sunday afternoon:So cool and relaxed with the dark-chocolate skin and the dreadlocks.i have Irish Catholic skin. Man I hate that.He places a huge teabag full of Earl Grey tea in my to-go cup and then backs off on the quantity of tea once i ask him. The standard teabag in a genuine coffee shop is four times bigger than your standard Lipton's size.You could live off the gargantuan tea-bag-these places give you! Not that i do.This place has coolness vibes wafting in every direction.When the roaster is turned on the folks in the neighborhood stop and wonder if a building is burning down somewhere.This a landmark.

What a cool coffee house!  I met someone here yesterday ... clean, funky, and the owners were very friendly.  It is great to see a neighborhood hang-out where little old ladies (let's face it, I'll be one soon enough!), teens, and yuppies can peacefully co-exist.
