This is the place to go to for healthy eating. They have plenty of options for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free eating. And they have the best shopping carts!
At first I thought everything here is way more expensive than the Mart, but I've found some things that are cheaper here - and better. The main things I've found are the spices (far left wall when you walk in) and some of the bulk purchase items (like granola, raisins, etc). Others just depend on if you buy organic normally (in which case the carrots are cheaper here than at the mart). Other things, tho, can be more expensive (ie. the asparagus at about $10/pound).
Their deli has fresh, instant meal options that you can eat there or take to eat later.
If you're a regular here make sure you sign up for the membership. It's $20 per year, and you save $ every time you shop. -
Review from Callan C.
Ozark natural foods is pretty much the only option you have for full on natural and organic in Fayetteville. It packs a lot in a relatively small space. There is a good personal care and supplements section as well as bulk dried foods. My favorite part is the prime people watching. Prices are really high. I imagine once another option comes in they will be challenged.

Great place to buy healthy things you can't get elsewhere. I especially like the heavy duty breads from local makers. It's prices keep it it as a fringe binge shopping place for me though. Helpful staff.

This may be the best grocery store in town, then again, it's the only place I've shopped for groceries. The overall great selection and staff make me look forward to shopping here again soon.

Interesting selection and a great produce section, as well as local bread (which is fantastic) and a good deli. The staff is always very helpful. The prices, however, leave a lot to be desired. Most things are WAY overpriced.
