We've done three river rafting trips with these folks over the years. 3 days on the John Day, 4 days on the Rogue and, recently, 5 days on the Owyhee (do I detect a trend here?). These have been among the best outdoor vacations ever. Like a pack trip without the horse sh*t. Like car camping without the crowds. Like a series of fabulous picnics at a rich old uncles but without all the other relatives. Spending day after day without anything to do but float, get splashed on occasion, eat, hike in gorgeous landscapes and camp out under the stars. Sweeet! On the Owyhee trip there were almost daily e-mails prior to the trip as they monitored water flow. Outstanding personal attention!
The guides are super professional, great cooks, knowledgeable, and concerned, above all else, with your safety. They do all the cooking, cleaning and packing (except for your personal bag). I'm a big fan of inflatable kayaks (rubber duckies) and they provide all equipment, tents, bags, everything but your personable stuff. It's not even that expensive when you consider it's all meals and equipment. They also do day trips out of Bend on the Deschuttes. I'`ve got nothing but praise for this group. You will too.
